Jake, who now has his own pack, and the Cullens all seem to be content and ready for happily ever after. What could possibly go wrong with their now happy lives?

The Volturi! They have been told about Nessie and are not at all happy. They've always wanted an excuse to take out the Cullens clan, and to keep a few of them for their own coven. The Cullens' went all around the world to find friends to "witness" the Volturi's visit. In hopes of working it all out and keeping peace; Edward, Bella, Carlisle, Esme, Jasper, Alice, Emmett, Rosalie and Jacob, along with the Denali, European Nomad, American Nomad, Egyptian, Amazonian, Irish, and Romanian Covens are working together to keep Nessie safe.

There's no telling what could happen in Forks with so many different Covens roaming around. Either way, the Volturi are coming and a battle along with them.

 you're going [madalyn robinson] down
« Thread Started on Nov 6, 2009, 7:09pm »

Damien stared out his window. It was raining, same as usual. That was Forks, even if he didn’t like it. He missed being able to go out into the sun without worrying about whether a human was seeing him or not. He had thought about making himself a mate or something along that line. He needed someone other than Chrissy. Chrissy had Evander, and Damien had Chrissy. Damien needed a girl in his life, whether it was human or vampire. That human would eventually become a vampire though. Damien didn’t want to get into trouble with the Volturi. He didn't want to be like the famous Cullens or anything. He didn't want a girl that couldn't watch after herself. He didn't want to constantly be protecting a girl he was in love with. That was just plain annoying, and he wanted a life outside the girl. Seriously though, he hadn't found any girls that had caught his eye. They were all annoying, all obsessed with shopping, and those that had normal lives were already taken, human, or smelling like werewolf. It was plain annoying.

Damien sighed, knowing he needed to hunt. He was dying of thirst, and if he didn't go hunting soon, he'd lose control of himself, and that would just be bad. Damien was trouble, and he wanted to piss someone off, but first he would hunt. He'd go to Seattle. He didn't want the cops looking for some killer because it'd make it harder to find food here in Forks. Seattle was Damien's main hunting grounds. There were lots of homeless people, and unimportant people. They were only important to their families, and in all honesty, Damien didn't care about dead people's families. He was cruel, and he knew it, but he wasn't trying to fix it. Damien was just a little sadistic. So many vampires here in Forks were burgandy eyed, but they still associated with humans and liked them. Damien thought that most humans were stupid. Evander, Chrissy's boyfriend, wasn't stupid, and he'd met a few here and there that weren't. Most were though.

Damien got into his car and started it up. He backed out of his driveway, and realized he needed to call Chrissy. Chrissy was having a hard time with Evander having Cancer and all, so Damien was her moral support. He was worried about her, thus he called her everyday. He didn't really like her choice in feeding, but he respected her choice. He always would. Damien pulled out his phone and dialed Chrissy's number. She didn't answer, so he left a quick message. "Hey Chriss, it's Damien. Just wondering how Ev is doing, and wondering how you're holding up. A little worried about ya. Call or text me back soon. Love ya Chriss." He hung up, and then sighed. He hoped nothing serious was going on. He knew if Evander Mason was ever in serious pain or dead, Chrissy would be hollow and dead inside. Damien worried that would happen since Evander was being stupid about going vamp. It was the only way to save him. He reached Seattle and parked his car in the mall parking lot, but had no intention of going inside. He was here hunting. He walked around for a bit,and went to a party. He took blood from a few people in the party, and disposed of their bodies easily.

A light was growing brighter in her eyes. From above she could see white tiles with little specks dotted into the material. She heard the soft beeping and humming of machines, but soon enough another sound was joining the machinery. Madalyn coughed and choked; something was down her throat. She blinked and reached up to rid her mouth of whatever it was, but two hands came down to stop her. They pulled out the plastic instead. Her breathing was raspy yet even and the light overhead became less of a nuisance. Dazed and slightly groggy she looked around, only to find a man in a white coat and a lady in scrubs. The hospital, still. What operation was it this time? She couldn’t even muster up the strength to remember. Did it matter? They thought she was going to die when she was a baby. Her heart didn’t work properly, nothing worked properly. Yet there she was, alive, if not barely. But barely alive was better than dead. Those doctors and nurses were her only family. To see them there instead of her parents was actually a relief. They only called in her parents if something was seriously wrong. Her parents did visit her once or twice a week, but Madalyn always felt like they were doing it because they were obligated to, not because they wanted to. Even as a child she knew this. Since she was in the hospital her entire life there wasn’t much for her to do, so she study. Her intelligence made her less oblivious to the world and most certainly less oblivious to her parents.

The doctor smiled softly at Madalyn while the nurse fluttered about. A success. What was a success? She looked at the man in confusion momentarily but he gave up and explained to her. Another tumor was gone? How many were left? Was her heart going to make it through? She let her head rest against the familiar hospital pillow as the thoughts whirled through her restless mind. The people left her small room and the television buzzed softly in the background. Forever, it felt like forever. Tears pricked behind Madalyn’s blue eyes but all she could let them do was roll down her cheeks. She didn’t have the strength to lift her fragile hand to brush them away. She felt so tired and weak, like there was never a chance that she would possibly make it through this. How much longer could she fight? Her own parents thought her being alive was a pain in their side. She knew that they didn’t tell anyone else about her considering that no one ever visited. She knew she had two younger siblings, Charlie and Michelle. She also had a twin sister, Danielle. That’s what hurt her the most. She had a twin sister, identical. They were so close, yet they had never met before. Where was the fairness in that? It confused her to no end that her parents wouldn’t tell Danielle about her. They were ashamed, weren’t they? These thoughts flooded through her mind as the pain medication sent her off into a peaceful sleep.

Her eyes snapped open and her hand raced to her chest. She felt like her heart should have beating rapidly in fear, yet nothing was there but the sharpness of her unnecessary breathing. She didn’t know what to think anymore. Every once and awhile, she’d get those little flashbacks of her past life. It was like looking into the world of a stranger. Madalyn didn’t understand it, nor did she really want to understand it. She couldn’t go back to the person she was, so why bother trying to force herself to be that person? She needed to be her own person before she could fully give herself to Ellis, to the world really. The only problem with that was that it was so hard to find out who she truly was. Something tickled her nose, a scent mostly. It was…tantalizing. She liked her lips, only to find that taste now on her tongue. Confused, she looked down to see a man, dead at her feet. Oh yeah, she had forgotten about him. It seemed every time she took the blood of a human, these flashbacks would come to her. Maybe not every time, but sometimes. That’s not why she decided to take blood from the humans, though. She just didn’t like hearing the true thoughts of her meals. She loved animals so much and it ripped her apart every time she killed them. Humans were some what of a mystery to her. They actually frightened her. So violent, so unpredictable. She may have been stronger and more well equipped, but they were insane. Madalyn looked down at the body, at a loss for what she was supposed to do. Dammit all!

After the party, Damien went on a walk. He watched as people quickly turned around when he came walking by. People were afraid of him, which was good. He didn’t like people, not even a little bit. He didn’t associate with them, unless it was Analisla. He wasn’t in love with her, but she had sparked his curiosity, so he had gotten to know her just a little bit. Other than that though, he didn't talk to people, he ate them instead. He didn't understand how vampires like him could live on animal blood. Yucky stuff man. He didn't like animal blood at all, he'd tried it once. Human blood was better than any other blood, so he just kept living on that. Damien looked at a little kid, but the kid didn't walk the other way. He stared the kid down, but the kid just wouldn't go away; the kid just stared right back. Damien walked right up to the kid, and spoke quietly, "What the heck kid? Go on home. You could get hurt." The kid didn't say anything, but didn't walk away either. Damien just walked away, a little unnerved by the way the kid had acted.

Damien kept walking around, finding nothing interesting. He was bored as hell. He thought about Chrissy and Evander. He didn't like Evander too much, like he was okay, but Damien didn't get along with humans. Even Analisla was a hassle. It was just weird to start talking to a human after so much time leaving them alone. He loved Chrissy, but he wasn't too happy with her choice of guy. What was wrong with her own species? The Volturi would kill her if they knew what she was doing. Vampires and humans could not date, and humans could not know about vampires. A lot of vampires were not going along with that rule, but Damien was. He didn't want to be Volturi meat when they came to clean the whole mess around here. He was going to be innocent of all those sorts of things. He looked around, and he smelled blood...and a Vampire. That meant there was a vampire feeding in his general area. Hopefully this vampire knew what he/she was doing and taking unimportant lives. Damien decided he'd better check it out.

Damien followed the scent for about 2 minutes. It wasn't hard to find the female vampire, but he stayed hidden. He didn't want the vampire to see him right now. He'd see what she did first. He kept himself hidden, and just watched. Damien wasn't the least bit afraid, but curious. She looked very unsure, or confused or something. This amused Damien greatly, but he didn't go any closer. He didn't want to risk being seen at all. He watched carefully, warily. He glanced at the dead guy at her feet. The guy was unimportant, because that guy had been homeless. Damien had seen him around before, and had kept his eye out for that guy. Apparently this vampire had gotten to him first. Was she a threat? Would she take over this hunting area? Would Damien have to take her out?
