Why in the world do I love you? Right, because the world revolves around you. You are the center of the universe!. . . . . Reserved for Addy
Ely woke up happily, very hyper indeed. He was always hyper from his ADHD though, and he loved to wake up in the mornings. So he was indeed, a very happy person this fine morning. And to make his mood even better, it wasn’t raining! It was all sunny outside, Johnny was outside. Yes, Ely had named the sun; the sun’s name was Johnny. Ely and Johnny were best friends. Best friends indeed. He opened his window, and yelled, “GOOD MORNING JOHNNY! GLAD YOU DECIDED TO COME VISIT!” He didn’t feel the least bit awkward about it. His grandmother walked in, and Ely was just in boxers. UGH! He started dancing around, looking for something to cover himself up. He grabbed a blanket. ”How may I help you grandma?” She laughed and said, ”Just wondering who Johnny was.” Ely smiled sheepishly, and didn’t answer, but shooed her out his bedroom door. He had a shower last night, so he didn’t need one this morning! YAY! He pulled some jeans on, and a black t-shirt with a leather jacket over it. He put some black running shoes on. Then he walked out the door, and down the stairs into the kitchen. He wanted something to eat real quick, and then he was going out to look at apartments. Ugh. He hated looking at apartments, they made him less hyper, and he had to be all-mister-important-business like-guy. That was boring, but he would have to deal with it. If he wanted an apartment, he had to be all-mister-important-business like-guy. That was life.
Ely made an egg sandwich, and gobbled it down, and made another. He made like 6-7 before he was full, and his grandparents rolled their eyes. They figured he ate enough for godzilla and more. He didn’t think he ate that much, but he knew he ate a lot. It was because werewolves needed the food. They worked so damn hard, that they needed a lot of food, because they burned so much energy, and the heat made their body burn the energy even faster. It was amazing that he wasn’t fat though. He ate enough for three cows, that’s what he decided. Three cows named Mike, Don, and Chip. Those were his three cows, nobody else’s. Mike was his favorite cow, but Don and Chip were cool too. Where did the imaginary cows come from? He didn’t know, and he didn’t really care. They were his cows, nobody else’s. He wasn’t going to share his cows. They would be a really yummy dinner. Well Don and Chip, Mike was his buddy, so he couldn’t eat Mike, but he could eat Don and Chip. Mike could watch him eat Don and Mike and they could laugh at them together. Yes, Mike and Ely would be the best of friends. They always would be.
Ely got in the car with his grandma, and looked at some apartments. Ely tried to look normal, and act normal, but it was really difficult. He really just wanted to bounce off the walls. He wanted to be the happy guy, and he wanted to be out with Johnny. Mike went back to the farm, but Don and Chip had been his two Wendy’s burgers this fine afternoon, and they had been yummy. Mike wasn’t happy that Ely had eaten his friends, so he’d gone back to Old McDonald’s farm. So now Ely wanted to be with Johnny playing soccer or something. But he had to be serious and talk to the apartment guys. He didn’t like any of the local apartments, so they finally went home and relaxed for a bit. Ely went outside and played soccer with Johnny. Johnny wasn’t very good at soccer. He couldn’t steal the ball or get it in the net, so Ely beat him easily. To make Johnny feel better, he talked to him. ”You’ll do better next time Johnny. Don’t worry. You’ll beat me soon enough.” His grandparents shook their head at their grandson. Sometimes they worried about him because of what he did a lot. Ely didn’t notice them though. He was too busy talking to Johnny.

I CAN'T STOP TALKING TO MYSELF I'M A DESPERATE CRY FOR HELP • • • • • Round three of the screaming match between Addyson and Skah had begun once again. It was getting harder and harder to live with her older brother. He was far too protective for her liking. Here she was going on twenty and still “dependent” on the members of her family. When would she grow up? Better yet, when would they let her grow up? She was perfectly fine in Seattle. Sure, some guy had come in all drunk and whatnot and her family instantly freaked out. Ugh! She was angry. ”If it wasn’t for you, I wouldn’t even be here!” she stomped her foot down, ”I told you what happened in confidence. Now, I’m stuck here in this horrible town, living with my brother!” She could have made the situation worse by calling him her half brother. He hated when she called him that, even if that’s what they were. They were far passed that by now. They were brother and sister. However, she chose not to say it because of the already hurt and pained look on his face. He was quiet for a moment as he seemed to think very carefully about what he had to say to her. He must have known what she wanted to call him. He just didn’t say anything about it. He knew better because then she would accuse him of saying something she never did. What proof did he have of the goings on in her mind? He couldn’t read it and she was glad for that. She was thinking a ton of very rude things to him right now. He would surely come back at her with a hundred things to say to her and about her.
”Then leave Addy,” Skah said very quietly. It was written all over his face that he didn’t want to say that. ”I’m not going to beg you to stay. I told you when you moved in if you hated it so much to leave.” Addyson tilted her head slightly. She wanted something clever to say, to really piss him off without making him so mad at her that she didn’t want to talk to her anymore, but nothing came to mind. ”Fine then,” she grabbed her purse and an apartment ad before storming out the door. She would get this taken care of. She would find some place to move. She opened the paper and threw it in her face. It wasn’t that she didn’t like living with Skah. It was just that she hated having to have rules and someone to boss her around. She lost her independence when she had someone constantly watching over her. She lost a part of her that felt free. She couldn’t wait for classes to start just so she didn’t have to be at home and she usually hated having to go to school. It was the worst thing that could ever have happened to her, but now she was looking forward to it. All she wanted was to be in the halls of her university once more.
Actually, all Addyson wanted to do right then was a place to live that was away from her brother. She hated all of this. It frustrated her beyond all reasonable doubt. However, she was caught off guard as she heard someone speak. She looked over her paper and at a boy standing there by himself. She looked at him questionably. Now, why would someone her age be talking to nothing? Well, there was schizophrenia. If that were the case she wanted to run the other way. Yet, she decided to stay. She looked at him for a bit before speaking. ”Um? May I ask who you’re talking to?” She looked around to see if there was anybody standing behind a tree or under something. Yet, she saw absolutely nothing. Part of her wanted to rush the kid to the emergency room and get him checked out. The other part wanted to diagnose this on her own. ”Who is Johnny?” she shook her head, ”Where is Johnny?” She thought he had said Johnny. Addy sincerely hoped she was getting the name right. Otherwise, she would feel very dumb for stopping to speak to him. In fact, maybe she just shouldn’t have done it at all, but that wouldn’t help her curiosity.

i'm gonna muster of ounce of confidence i have.... . . . . Reserved for Addy
Johnny was Ely's best friend. He liked Johnny. Ely didn't get to see Johnny very often, because it was always raining around here. The clouds and raindrops were not Ely's friend, they were mean and vicious. They always got him all wet. Johnny just stood there and made the whole place sunny and bright. Who wouldn't like the sun more? The raindrops reminded him of tears anyway. He didn't like to remember tears, so the sun always made his day. He was happy with Johnny, but he felt bad because Johnny had lost the game of soccer. "Johnny, it'll be okay. I promise to let you win next time." Suddenly he heard a voice. Who was he talking to again? Right, Johnny. He turned around to reply to her question and almost fainted. She was beautiful, the world revolved around her. All his problems disappeared, and he felt like the only thing holding him down to the ground was her. Without her, he would float away. He was a bit flabbergasted, but he finally found his voice. "I'm talking to Johnny." As he said this, he pointed towards the sun. "That's Johnny. He likes you." That ending part was actually him, but the girl didn't need to know that.
"Now that I've introduced Johnny to you, my name is Ely. What's your name?" Ely tilted his head curiously, and wanted to just fall down because she was so perfect. Too perfect to even be in his presence, but if she wasn't in his presence, he would oh so sad. He would probably cry like a little baby or something. It would hurt so much for her to just walk away like so many people had. He knew he was weird, and he knew that's why people turned the other way when he tried to talk. He wasn't sure how to be normal anymore. He only knew how to be weird, that was just him. He just didn't want her to walk away, because he would care so much. It would make him cry, and be miserable. He wanted to say something, but he was dazzled. His eyes were full of happiness, and he was desperate for her to say, so he apologized. "I'm sorry I'm weird." He looked down and shuffled his feet, but then bounced up. "But I can definitely make it up to you, even if I don't even know you yet. I have ADHD really bad, and I talk to non-moving things. I get hyper, and at times obnoxious. Ummmm. I love to talk, obviously, otherwise I wouldn't be doing so right now..." God, he was talking too much, and she was just going to walk away like everybody else.
"Please don't walk away like everyone else." Ely looked up and saw his grandmother looking out the window. He made a motion with his hand like cutting his throat, which told her not to come out and introduce herself yet. Hopefully this perfect girl didn't see that, but knowing Ely's luck, she probably did. He turned back around, and looked at the girl who was too perfect for him. He glanced at his soccer ball, but then his eyes wandered back to her. He was going to get annoying. He knew she would walk away, and never look back, and he would chase her like the dog he was. He called himself a dog, and it didn't bother him when vampires called him a dog. He wasn't much into fighting, even if he did dislike vampires. He glanced back towards his house, and then back at miss perfect. "Soooooo. You think I'm crazy right?"
