It was supposed to be 'fun' today... (open)

Dawn walked through the mall with glazed eyes. She hated it here. There was only one good store and Hot Topic was closed. She'd been wandering around Port Angeles aimlessly for hours. She didn't know why but only knew that she wanted to do something. Anything. As long as it was out of her apartment. Sighing she made her way to an exit, she really didn't know what she was doing here. There was only humans here. Stepping into the fresh air she glanced up at the sky, it was getting late and it would be dark soon.

Sitting on the curb she pulled out her ipod. It was a new relaxation technique she was using. Listen to the singers, learn the words, the notes. Then do it yourself. It had helped a little. She was a good singer and was just recently finding that out. Turning it on she leaned back against the building and watched as the sky darkened.

After about an hour she started getting agitated. Tasking out her ear phones she listened. But didn't hear anything but the sound of traffic. It was so unusual not to here the wild life. After spending so much time in it it seemed too quiet whenever she was around humans, as if danger was around. It always threw her off and made her agitated and alert whenever she was in civilization. Plus being around human made her tense and uncomfortable. Especially around men.

Sighing she stood and brushed herself off. The parking lot would be packed so she'd have to wait if she wanted to get out anytime soon. Looking around she watched as the cars disappeared behind the small line of trees that lined the road. Some of the looked at her standing their in the dark and others didn't pay any attention to her. Just as she was about to go to her car she felt eyes on her. Looking up to the road she looked at the humans, but none of them were watching her, none of them could see her now that the moon was behind the clouds.

She always got into some kind of trouble, why now? Today was supposed to be a 'fun' day. To cruise around and see if there was any sky diving lessons or some crap like that. Sighing she scanned the area looking for the eyes she knew were there.
