Character's Name (nicknames): Tina Michelle Foxx (Nickname: Tee)
Gender: Female
Age: 17
Category: Human
Sub-Category: None
Sexual Orientation: Straight
Family: Ethan Foxx (father), Zoey Foxx (mother), Julia Foxx (12-year-old sister)
Character History: Tina was born in Brooklyn, New York; where she lived for the majority of her life. Life was relatively normal and the Foxx family were financially stable, due to Ethan's job as a lawyer and Zoey's job as a social worker. Tina was used to being the only child and was happy, until Julia was officially introduced to the family. Firstly, Tina disliked sharing her toys with Julia and didn't want to play with her, either. However, over time, Tina began to care for (and become quite overprotective over) her sister. They lived together - the four of them - until the year Tina turned 16.
Zoey's place of profession had personally been subject to public criticism due to a 'scandalous' incident that had taken place. With disgust, Zoey had then decided to declare her seperation from the company (she had always hated the mistreatment of children) and told her family the grim news. Ethan and the two girls comforted her and told her not to worry - there were many other places she could work in. Zoey smiled and thanked them for the support before attempting to search for another place to work. So, now, the family only had Ethan's income to rely on, in order for them to stay financially stable. Not that they paid much attention to that; after all, Zoey's unemployment was only temporary.
However, Zoey did not have much luck on her side; she was still without a job and was already bored of staying at home. It was only after Tina and Julia had returned home that she had received a call: from her mother, whom the girls had not visited, due to a falling-out that had occurred between her 16-year-old self and her mother. Zoey, unsurprisingly, was shocked - her alarm only increased as her mother revealed that this was her last phone call to her daughter.
Not making sense of much else, Zoey told Ethan everything - and that she was going to go meet her mother, who resided in Forks. Ethan, with not much of a choice, simply nodded and allowed her to take her leave. Not wanting to see her mother go all by herself, Tina volunteered to go with her. Thankful, Zoey smiled and allowed her daughter to come see Linda as well. After they reached there, Zoey and Tina began to rush towards Forks Hospital, where Linda had informed her daughter she was 'staying'.
It only took a day or two - Zoey and Tina had stayed by Linda's side until the end. Zoey, mostly, was torn up over grief about it and Tina - who hated seeing her mother upset - watched on with her own tears trailing down her cheeks.
From then on, Zoey had decided - she'd stay in Forks, at least as an opportunity for her to "retrace my mother's footsteps" and Tina, ever the loyal daughter, agreed.

Personality: Generally, Tina is known to be an easy-going, optimistic young lady. However, she is known to be quite stubborn, particularly when she is positive that she is right. She is also the type of girl that you can come to if you need a shoulder to cry on; since she is a good listener and always tries her hardest to help people out of sticky situations. Tina also seems to be innocently 'klutzy' at times; this is why she is sometimes the butt of her friend's jokes. Usually, she'd hate the fact that her friends pick on her like that, but she gets over it when she sees how happy she makes them. And she likes that too: happiness. This is why she is almost always seen with a smile on her face. However, if she is faced with a depressing situation, Tina would make sure that she doesn't fall too hard and would try her best to stay optimistic and solve it.
Although, she doesn't usually think her decisions through; rationally, at least ... This is where her stubborness comes in; even though she is found out to be wrong, Tina would attempt to convince others that she is right and that she won't succumb to their views and perspectives.
RP sample: Tina repressed a shiver.
It was not that surprising, to be honest: Forks was never known for its hot weather climate, after all. She just had to deal with it.
Arguably, though, she still had no idea why her mother had decided to move here. Here, of all places, where the most excitement you could get was-
Although, that never deterred Tina's way of thinking. There was something weird about this place; all these newcomers ... and not just that: most of them happened to be really shockingly good-looking as well.
'Okay, I mean ... it's not that I'm not beautiful, but ... those people really put you to shame.'
The 'family' (for there was no other word to categorize them with) she was mainly thinking about were the Cullens; she'd seen them at school plenty of times, but never mustered the courage to approach them. Not that she wanted to; the aura that emanated from them was ... intimidating.
All of a sudden, Tina felt a drop of water hit her softly and immediately looked up. 'Yep ... definitely a storm coming up.' Briskly, she began to walk towards the grocery store, tightening her arms around herself.
Leave it to her to pick the worst day to go shopping for groceries.
