Character History:


James Thomas was always a very laid back man, and was always getting into trouble with his authority figures, so it was only natural for ladies to attract to him, right? Of course it was, so when women came up to James, of course he was willing to get into bed with them. James Thomas was your typical manwhore, and it would get him into a whole lot of trouble one day. One day, James met this girl, and her name was Megan Hamilton. She was such an intelligent young girl, and James really took a liking to her. They sort of became like best friends. So, one day, James invites Megan to this party one of his buddies is throwing, and well they have one too many drinks, and puff one too many joints. The next thing they knew was that they were waking up in each others arms. How very awkward for them. James, being the man that was, didn’t speak to Megan for weeks. Until one day, her father was at his doorstep demanding he step up and be a man. James had no idea what he had been talking about, but agreed to be a man and step up to whatever they were talking about. Well, they had been talking about him stepping up and being a father to his unborn child. Defiantly not excepting that one.

So, James agreed to be in his child’s life, but he didn’t want to get married to Megan. At least not yet, they were a little young for marriage, but her parents insisted that they married. Reluctantly, they married each other. James’s friends were in shock that he wanted to marry Megan, she was a nice girl and all, but she hadn’t really been James’s type. He simply told them he did it for the baby that they were excepting. Thankfully, the baby was a boy. James and Megan argued about baby names for him, and eventually came up with Chase Jayson, something they both liked. James like the Jayson, and Megan liked the Chase, and she had won on the first name because she had pointed out that she had carried the kid for nine months. Megan always used that on James while they raised Chase too, and James didn’t like it very much.

When Chase was growing, his parents knew that he was going to be a handful. Megan told James it was karma for him being such an ass when he was younger, and now he was getting a taste of his own medicine. James told Megan it was because she never knew how to have a good time, so God was letting their kid have all the fun. It was very clear to everyone that they were not ready to have a baby together, but they stayed together for their child. As a toddler, Chase was no better. He got into everything, and was always keeping Megan on her toes, and so when James got home from work, she couldn’t wait to leave and go to her job at the hospital. It was really sad that a mother didn’t want to spend time with her child, but James absolutely loved Chase, he thought he was the greatest toddler in the world!

By the time Chase entered high school, he had become more laid back, and not so hyper active. So, then he and his mother became much closer. She supported him, and his music career, and always brought him to his practices. During high school, he met a girl named Shilo Ramsey. She became his best friend through out high school. She knew him like for him, and vice versa for him. They actually even dated, but sometimes when you date someone, things go a little far, and you do things that you should really wait for marriage. It’s not like Chase slept around like his father had, Shilo had been his first and he had been hers. Bad idea though because they had gotten a little surprise of their own. Chase realized that when they said, “History repeats itself,” they weren’t lying. His father and mother had had him at a young age, and now he was having a baby of his own. Chase had been thankful that Shilo allowed him to be in Anjel’s life though, because she was Chase’s world. Chase had even gotten a job to support Shilo and Anjel, he had even been thinking about asking Shilo to marry him after college. Chase never got that chance though because one day, they just left. He didn’t know where they went or why they didn’t tell him, but they took his baby girl. Chase, since then, hasn’t had contact from Shilo, and hasn’t seen Anjel.

His parents were there for him when Shilo and her family moved, and they said they should’ve known Shilo would have done something like this, and that they should have gotten some sort of mediation done so that Chase could have had full rights to his daughter, and so that they couldn’t up and leave without telling him. So, after Chase had finished college, his parents decided it would be best that maybe they moved to a smaller town, so they wouldn’t have to many memories of Shilo and her family. Chase said they he’d rather stay in Ocean City, so his parents packed up and left. When his music career started to do badly, Chase decided that maybe he needed to move with his parents, so he bought a plane ticket to California, so much for small town, right? Well, after two months of living there, Chase didn’t really like the Hollywood scene, so he found a small town in Washington, and found a small little apartment to live in.

Personality:

Like most people, Chase is a very complex guy. Not. Actually, he is a very simple guy, and likes to live by simple rules of life. He is a very laid back guy, and doesn’t like to be involved with other peoples drama because he has enough of his own without everyone else’s. Chase presents himself as non approachable, but he is really a nice guy, he just doesn’t want people to know he hurts inside after losing his daughter. So, he comes off as an asshole most of the time. Chase likes to think that he is free-spirited, and crazy, which he is. He knows how to have a good time when he wants too. He can make friends really easily if he opens himself up, but nowadays, that’s rare. Chase has this thing were when he is really upset, he gets really calm. Like, the scary calm that’s more scary when someone is really mad. He gets that way, especially when he found out he would no longer be able to see his daughter. Chase, unintentionally of course, likes to flirt with the girls. It’s really by accident, he just gives off the vibe that makes people want to hang around him, so he is naturally flirty. Like his dad was.

Chase is defiantly a party boy, he likes a party just as much as the next person. He doesn’t do it all the time now because he feels that he has to be responsible, though he never really is. He also likes to voice his opinion on things that really shouldn’t be discussed. Chase is the kid of guy you’ll find in front of a building with signs on a stick shouting something about people being unfair to the middle man. Chase likes to fight people in power, and believes that the middleman should control things. That’s just him, but he thinks that it shouldn’t just be rich people. He may be a little biased because he never grew up with money, but you can’t have everything, right? That’s how Chase sees things. The one bad thing about Chase nowadays, is he doesn’t trust anyone anymore, not after what Shilo did to him. He even has a hard time believing his parents sometimes. Despite how he acts, Chase is actually really smart, though he doesn’t use his smarts on anything, but music and computers anymore.
