He has white blonde hair that hangs down to about the bottom of his ears. He usually wears it straight when he’s up to fixing it. With bright blue eyes, and a personality that any woman would die for Rasmus is a ladie’s man through and through. Wearing usually skinny jeans, and band shirts he tries to fit in as a normal everyday teenager, but with the way he acts, and how tall he is he’s usually passed off for older than nineteen, but the majority of the people that he has met has coined him as nineteen.
the history history:In 1909 Rasmus Ledin Naglis was born. It was a much different time then than it is now. Kids were much more behaved, and much more respectful than what Rasmus has seen in the present time. All the women and girls wore dresses. It was the thing of that time, and the men and boys, well they wore dress clothes as well, slacks with button up shirts, and suspenders. It was the time that he called home though, and he missed it. Although it has been years since he lived in that time Rasmus was use to it. He grew up with a younger sister, and a younger brother, both of which he was very close to. In fact the three of them were incredibly close. They talked about everything, and advised each other in every aspect of their lives. That’s all they had was each other. Their parents, well they weren’t exactly fit to be parents. Rasmus’ parents were abusive, but they couldn’t tell anyone because it would be looked upon as being disrespectful, and the kids would be looked down upon by the rest of the town. So they endured the pain physically, and mentally. It took it’s toll on the three of the children. Through all of the abuse they were still trying to be respectful to their parents, and try to make things better with them, but it never seemed to work.
Once day the three of them got tired of it. Growing up from infants to teenagers at this point it was just too much. Since Rasmus was ten he had been living with being hit, and smacked around. He didn’t want to, and didn’t have to take it any longer. Packing his things along with his brother, and his sister. The three set out for something else. Something different. Rasmus was nineteen, his sister seventeen, and their younger brother was fifteen at this time, and all they had anymore was each other. It was all they had ever had. The three left the house around one in the morning. They weren’t entirely sure where it was they were going to go, but anywhere had to be better than this right? Wrong. The trio had been walking for about an hour or two. It could have been three, they weren’t really keeping track of time, but they stopped to rest. Setting their bags down the three kids sat down on them, and began to talk. Talk about what they were doing. They had to be brave to actually take an action like this. As they were talking though Rasmus could feel eyes watching them, but he didn’t think much of it at the time. That was until a bag went over his head, and everything was black. Rasmus began to freak out. His arms were waving around, and he was calling out for his brother and his sister. He could hear their yells, and screams until something came in contact with his head, and he blacked out.
Who knows how long it had been from the time that he blacked out until he woke up, but he did. He woke up, and looked around where he was at. His brother, and his sister were still very unconscious, both tied to chair just like himself. Rasmus had no idea where he was at until a group of people walked in the room. It was obvious who the leader of the group was, but Rasmus had no idea who the boy was. The leader of the group began to talk about how they had been watching their family. For a long time this group of people had been watching him, and the rest of his family. They watched as the three of them were pushed around, and hit, and they felt for him. Then what was the reason for the bags over their heads, and knocking them out? They explained that part as well. If they had told them that they wanted to take them somewhere would the three of them really had came willingly with a group of people they didn’t know? This was true. Rasmus tried his best not to even talk to people that him, and his family didn’t know. It wasn’t long before they began to explain more than just that, but offer him and his siblings a new life.
Still knocked out, Rasmus’ siblings couldn’t exactly answer for themselves, but Rasmus was willing to listen to their offer, and from their began to explain their ‘kind’ the vampires. Before now Rasmus had never even heard of vampires, but it was an interesting thought. The only part that he couldn’t fathom was the whole drinking blood part, and since that was a big part of being a vampire he didn’t really know what to do, but if he were to let them change him then he wouldn’t have ot run anymore. He could hide here, in this place with these people. They could possibly be his new family, but was he willing to just give up his life for a bunch of strangers? Apparently he was. It took him a while to make up his mind, but he eventually did, and let the leader of the group change him. Rasmus went through his changes almost immediately, and didn’t learn that his brother, and his sister declined the offer, and were let go. It hurt him to know that he would possibly never see them again, but he was bound and determined to see them again, and eventually he did. Now he lives in forks. Rasmus got away from following a group of vampires, and now lives on his own. He’s a much stronger person than he was before, and not just literally. He likes his new life, and he could only hope that it got better from here.

the personality personality:At most people’s first meeting with Rasmus he shows them the side that he wants people to see. He’s sweet, and caring. He’ll help anyone if he can, and he’d like to talk to people about their problems rather than his. He can be charming, and make people fall for him easily, and love him in friend terms. Living for a hundred, and one years he has learned how to fake his personality, and draw people in. He likes being the center of people’s attention.
Rasmus has what he calls his dark side as well. Which is the part of him that’s manipulative, and thrives on danger, and anger. When he gets angry it tends to be pretty bad. He gets violent, and yells a lot, and in this state it’s hard for him to keep his will power over his hunger. For years Rasmus has been trying to improve this side of him, but for some reason something keeps him from doing that. He enjoys the anger, and the manipulating. It’s kind of a rush, but when he wakes up from everything he realizes that it’s not as good as it had been when he was doing everything.
