We are looking forward to an amazing summer with you guys, but let’s not get ahead of ourselves. We have a ton of news, plenty of new and exciting things coming your way for the next couple of months, so let’s buckle down and get down to it!
[/blockquote][/blockquote]Ashlyn and I did a hug massive clean up of the board. As most of you may have noticed, our number of members went down by almost 400. All inactive canons had lost their names and their accounts. So there are plenty of canons open for anyone who is interested in playing them. The celeb claim was cleaned out. Members who have not logged in since February 15th were removed from the list. New to Forks members who have not logged in since March 15th were deleted. We ask that anyone who signs up for the site, please you’re your application in within a week. If not, you will be deleted. We don’’t want to be harsh, but it is definitely a pain in the butt having all these inactive members floating around who just take up space. We want to keep things better organized this time around. Also, all inactive threads were moved to the archives and not move it back to the boards again.
[/blockquote][/blockquote]Due to lack of members and activity, we are temporarily placing the awards on hold. We are also in the process of coming up with a way to reward future award winners. It is not easy with only two active admins right now, but we are trying our hardest.
[/blockquote][/blockquote]Alright. We admins are perfectly away of how difficult things are right now on this site. Our numbers are down and everyone is busy, including us admins. Summer is coming up so we are going to have a little bit more time on our hands, but that’s not to say that we are going to be around every second of every day. We have lives, just like all of you and,when we aren’t around to accept applications or answer PM’s, we ask that you be patient with us. We don’t like coming on here to 20+ messages asking us to check your applications. We also don’t like them showing up in the C-BOX either. If anything, it annoys us to the point that we just want to take even longer. It’s not nice, but harassing us to get stuff done isn’t nice either. This site isn’t our life. We’re all in college and have careers. We don’t have time every single day to get stuff done here, but we try. Please members, all we ask is for patience.
ALSO! Ashlyn and I have been advertising like crazy! We have gone through all of our affiliates and advertised there and we’ve it up some other sites as well. But we need your help! These are the two advertisements that we have. If you ever have the time, feel free to post this on advertisement boards on other sites. Make sure you follow their rules, because we want them to link back and keep our ad there! So please, help us find more members!
[/blockquote][/blockquote]There is something important that we wanted to address to all of you. I want to turn your attention to the Rules and Guidelines of the site. Even if you have been here from the beginning, please take the time to really read the rules. They will be enforced. We were deleted months ago because of these rules being broken, not just ours but those of the proboards. Our rules go hand in hand. We don’t want to be deleted again, so we need these rules to be followed. Anyone caught breaking these rules will be banned for up to but not limited to a week. Its not hard to follow these rules, I don’t think they’re all that complicated. So please please please. Follow the rules or we will punish you like a bunch of kindergarteners, and I know you guys don’t want that.
[/blockquote][/blockquote]Last but not least, a present for all of you. How would you guys feels about having a prom?! That’s right, Forks High School and La Push High School are going to be having their 1st prom here on this site! If it is successful, it will become an annual thing that everyone can look forward to. The details are still being worked out, so look out for another PM within the next couple of days. Also, we are planning other events so we’ll keep you updated on that. And finally, check out this board right here. Your input is greatly appreciated. I was thinking that we could turn all the ideas into a poll at the end of the month and we’ll pick the highly voted ones to become new boards!
