[/blockquote][/blockquote]Ashlyn and I are going to be going through the claims and lists to delete inactive members. Canons who have not posted since May 15th will be removed. Originals who have not posted since May 1st will be deleted as well. New to forks members who have no submitted an application within a week of their sign up date will be deleted. The celeb claim will also be cleaned up. People will lose their celebs if they have no posted since May 15th. Threads also will be removed from April and back if they have not already been moved.
[/blockquote][/blockquote]This has already been said in last months letter but we think we need to mention it again. People don’t seem to get it. We admins are perfectly away of how difficult things are right now on this site. Our numbers are down and everyone is busy, including us admins. Summer is coming up so we are going to have a little bit more time on our hands, but that’s not to say that we are going to be around every second of every day. We have lives, just like all of you and,when we aren’t around to accept applications or answer PM’s, we ask that you be patient with us. We don’t like coming on here to 20+ messages asking us to check your applications. We also don’t like them showing up in the C-BOX either. If anything, it annoys us to the point that we just want to take even longer. It’s not nice, but harassing us to get stuff done isn’t nice either. This site isn’t our life. We’re all in college and have careers. We don’t have time every single day to get stuff done here, but we try. Please members, all we ask is for patience.
ALSO! Ashlyn and I have been advertising like crazy! We have gone through all of our affiliates and advertised there and we’ve it up some other sites as well. But we need your help! These are the two advertisements that we have. If you ever have the time, feel free to post this on advertisement boards on other sites. Make sure you follow their rules, because we want them to link back and keep our ad there! So please, help us find more members!
[/blockquote][/blockquote]This also was posted in last month’s letter. There is something important that we wanted to address to all of you. I want to turn your attention to the Rules and Guidelines of the site. Even if you have been here from the beginning, please take the time to really read the rules. They will be enforced. We were deleted months ago because of these rules being broken, not just ours but those of the proboards. Our rules go hand in hand. We don’t want to be deleted again, so we need these rules to be followed. Anyone caught breaking these rules will be banned for up to but not limited to a week. Its not hard to follow these rules, I don’t think they’re all that complicated. So please please please. Follow the rules or we will punish you like a bunch of kindergarteners, and I know you guys don’t want that.
[/blockquote][/blockquote]Starting today, there will be a summer long bonfire! I have done some research and found a beach that is pretty neutral judging by its location, so vampires and werewolves are allowed to go to this bonfire. Keep a look out for that. It will be under the outside of forks category (: also, I will be extending the forks prom until june 18th. I understand people have been busy and unable to post yet, so this gives you time to do so. The la push prom will begin on Friday and will run until july 9th. That’s 5 weeks for each prom. Remember, this is an annual thing, so if you are unable to do it this year, there’s always the next. And last but not least, be on the lookout for some brand new boards! We took all of your ideas into consideration and will be adding some new stuff. (: enjoy everything we have worked hard to give you guys and if you have any questions, comments, or concerns feel free to send us a pm.
