Exercise. Who the hell needed it anyway?! The only thing it had recently given Lotis was a trip to the hospital with a broken arm. Not something she was enjoying in the least. Of course it had given her an excuse to miss work, relax, and catch up on tv shows she had been behind on but it had also given her a broken arm! Ok so maybe it was ALL bad but Lo wasn't about to give up her initial argument that easily. On top of all that it had to be her dominant arm, the one she used to write with, throw a ball with, and more importantly drive with. It had taken her a bit of work to get the doctor's note faxed to her office since a fax machine was apparently something Forks had only one of. But that little slip of paper had awarded her at least three weeks of office free environment. Unfortunately it had also stranded her in the middle of nowhere. It was a good thing her roommate was only working part time and had the time to drive her DVR down to her so she had something to do while she healed. There could have been worse places to be stranded, she was pretty sure about that, like a desert isle or something but this wouldn't have been her first choice either.
The day of the accident was a bunch of firsts for Lo and a few of those around her. It was the first time she had broken her arm or anything for that matter and hopefully the last. She was now the proud, slightly embarrassed but proud non the less, owner of her very first cast. It was the first time she had really seen her mother frazzled about her well being and in general acting like a typical mom. It was probably the first time Ethan had been smothered to almost death by praise and thank you's. She had been sure to call her roommate on her way home from the hospital with her own desperate plea for him to bring her entertainment to her. He had arrived a few hours later and stayed through dinner. Lo was pretty sure it was the first time Ethan had ever been flirted with by someone of the same sex, which was funny to watch, but probably not so much for him. Shortly after dinner Lo's roommate left and Lo's mother had prodded Ethan into setting up the DVR so there was something to do for her broken daughter it also killed time while Lo's grandmother baked cookies in a newly working oven.
With cookies came pain pills and a side of milk and by eight Lo was exhausted. She had talked Ethan into staying to watch a movie giving him the good excuse that he might as well take advantage of his first outing in years. She hadn't gotten any information out of him on why he stayed at home so much or why he was distracted most of the day and by this time her head was so fuzzy she could hardly put one and one together to make two so he was pretty safe. Of course with pain pills and exhaustion there was bound to be cuddles and Lo only made it through half the movie before curling up and sleeping on Ethan for the other half....or however long he had stayed. Of course there was the fact that as odd as it was to befriend and hang out separately with two brothers the second brother that she had met, the youngest of three and the younger one then herself, had asked her out to dinner. She of course said yes, I mean how could she say no?! He had, after all, rescued her and used his super awesome boyscout skills to get her to the hospital. She was pretty sure that in a town this small going to dinner was considered "dating" but she wasn't entirely sure so she hadn't told anyone that little factoid.
The days had been blurring together since the "accident" but Lo was pretty sure it had only been two days...but she could have been wrong. She was pretty sure the pain medication they gave her were horse sized doses and it usually took her about an hour after taking one before she was sleeping for at least four hours again. The unfortunate situation she was in however required some sort of pain relief and she faintly remembered the doctor saying that her arm would hurt pretty bad until the bones had set together and started to fuse. Lo generally fancied herself a tough person so she didn't mind skipping a few pills during the day. It had taken her a good amount of arguing with her grandmother to get her to stop trying to force pills into Lo but she had finally talked her grandmother into cutting pills in half so she didn't sleep all day. Now she just felt loopy all day instead of sleepy which wasn't really what she wanted either but she found it much easier to deal with. Lo hadn't had any visitors since the day of the "accident" so it was a surprise to both her and her grandmother when there was a knock at the door. Lo remained sprawled out on the sofa covered in as many blankets as her grandmother could find watching some show she had saved on her DVR. She had almost forgotten about the door until her grandmother bustled back towards the kitchen. The room was a tad fuzzy but there was no mistaking the face that popped around the corner. She offered a wide grin and gathered herself to one end of the couch so there was room for another. "Did you come to pick on my clumsiness?!"

There were a few things that Liam had come to the realization of over the past few years. One, being a werewolf was both an advantage and a disadvantage. Two, his brothers were both idiots. Three, he really needed to do something with his life other than bar tend. He made good money and it could pay his bills, but when you were a wolf that ate the amount of three or four teenage boys, you didn’t exactly often have a lot of spending money. It’d be nice if he did, but he didn’t. His mother was nice though, she’d sneak him a twenty here or there. She took it from their father who was extremely tight with money. His mother didn’t work and her father was a jerk enough to give her an allowance each month, and once she spent her money she had to ask him for money and he would decide if it was worth it or not. Yet on the other hand, the stupid jerk kept his wallet filled to the brim with cash. He had yet to notice or yet to say anything about missing money. Liam’s mother never took it for herself, only for Ethan and Liam. Samuel was more responsible than both of them, plus he had a girlfriend and they were living together. Money wasn’t so bad with him. Though if they ever needed it, they knew they weren’t to hesitate in asking the mother of the Wyatt boys. Quite frankly Liam didn’t even know why his mother stayed married to his father. There was nothing good about him, except for the fact that she got her sons from him. Otherwise, he was a controlling bastard who never used to hesitate in beating the boys. That stopped shortly after her realized they could beat back.
Liam sort of wished that his father would go back on tour and let them stay in La Push. He didn’t care where he went, though seeing as their military was in Afghanistan, probably there. But that would only last a year, seeing as Harper was planning on pulling out the troops in 2011. At least his father would be gone for that short period of time and it might give his mother the chance to be someone she actually wanted to be, rather than this person their father forced her to be. It angered him to no extent and if she would allow it, he’d rip his father’s head off. But alas, she would not allow it. The gift came from his mother’s side, she was the Aboriginal one, and she said it was a gift, not a curse on humanity. It was meant to help her sons protect the humans, not rid them from the Earth. Unfortunately she was right and he had no reason to permanently get rid of his father, despite how much he actually wanted to. Unless his father had killed another person in cold blood, Liam could do nothing about it. His father had killed being, what with being in the military, but for some reason the government allowed that. That just angered Liam; murder was still murder. He didn’t understand why someone who killed dozens upon dozens of people could be hailed a hero, yet someone that accidentally, completely unintentionally caused someone else to die would be labelled a murderer and sentenced to years in prison. It just wasn’t right with Liam. It bothered him that even though he had the strength and ability to kill someone, he couldn’t do it. Why give him those powers if he couldn’t use them the way he wanted to? The Earth was twisted and there was nothing he could do about it, sadly.
Another thing Liam couldn’t control about the world? Whether or not people could get hurt. Apparently he was supposed to protect people from vampires. Fine, he could deal with that. But how the hell was he supposed to save them from themselves? He didn’t know and it gave himself a headache just thinking about it. If he had been following Lo around like a guard dog, she wouldn’t have fallen and broken her arm. Another questioned that he was confused about was why his mother and sent Ethan to get her, rather than calling him. Why would she do that? His mother knew that Liam and Lotis were friends and that Ethan didn’t really even know who she was, other than some girl of a lady who’s things he fixed when Liam couldn’t get to it. He was so confused and frankly a little bit annoyed. He felt oddly protective of Lotis and didn’t like the thought of her depending on someone else, especially his irresponsible younger brother. In what world did Ethan make a better superhero than he did? In none of them, that’s how many. Frowning, he got up from his perch on a stool in the garage where he was playing guitar and decided to go to Lotis’ house. He stopped to get her a massive bouquet of flowers on his way there. Girls liked flowers. He hadn’t a clue why, but he knew they liked them. And they liked them when they weren’t feeling well especially. How a bunch of plants sitting there in a vase would make her feel better, he didn’t know, but it was worth a shot. He knocked and was let in by the clumsy but very nice grandmother of Lotis and was shown the way to where she was. “Yes, yes I did. I thought it would be a very good idea and would speed along the healing process. I figured you’d get so sick of me telling you how clumsy you are that you would will your body to heal faster,” he grinned and ruffled her hair before sitting down. “Here, flowers,” he said and stuck out them for her to see. It was like a cyclops trying to give the princess flowers. Or a bear trying to give a deer flowers. It felt like he didn’t have a clue what the heck he was doing. But oh well. l i w what am I wearing? am i nude? am I crazy? what’s in my head? how many words? 1019 who’s my reader? lotis who made this template? @ CLARKY ! Having never had a broken appendage Lo fond herself bored, of course she could still function well enough but the two other females in the house refused to let her do anything but lay on the couch. This frustrated her. She was pretty sure this was why she had two of all the good stuff, in case one was broken, smart planning! The only good thing to come out of this not doing anything predicament was that she got all the soup she could want. Of course she was pretty sure it didn't help with broken bones but it was all her grandmother could think of to make her feel better and lets face it when you're a right hander and you break your right hand you're pretty useless when it come to anything that requires you to use your right hand. This of course meant eating most things. So instead of plates Lo was now eating, well drinking really, out of coffee mugs. Lo wasn't really sure hwy she hadn't ever thought of this before since it was super awesome for eating on the run, or the phone, or at work. Speaking of work Lo was pretty sure her office was going into melt down mode right about now. She didn't really think highly of herself at work, I mean her job was nice and all, but she was really just a support pole for her manager. However from the few text messages she had received from her roommate, who had been given her job on a part time basis until she was back, it sounded like she was more important then she had originally thought. Always a nice thing to find out.
As for work overall, they were giving her little projects to work on on her laptop which would help her roommate keep her caught up. All in all it was a good trade off, some relaxing out of office time, her roommate making some extra money to swindle away on silly things he didn't need and remaining caught up. Of course she was still stuck on the couch at the end of the day. She was pretty sure she had only moved like twice in the last two days not because she didn't want too but because her mother and grandmother wouldn't allow it. Apparently laying around all day was good for healing. Something Lo hadn't known. So the sight of Liam was a welcome one. The only communication she had had with people her own age was via her laptop which was just depressing. There really was nothing like a face to face conversation. She frowned at him as he confirmed her greeting and proceeded to mes sup her hair. Lo swatted him away from her head looking as angry as she could, which wasn't very angry at all. "I thought so." Lo huffed but her muddled senses couldn't beat away the smirk that fought to emerge."I knew it all along! You're just a big sucker for a poor defenseless girl."
Flowers were like a girls second best friend. She grinned at him before her grandmother emerged from the kitchen with a vase, Lo tried to take care of the flowers but was shooed away as her grandmother did it for her before returning from whence she came. Lotis glared at her as she left and then returned her attention to Liam. "They won't let me do anything around here, it's like a prison lock down." She frowned at him her voice was hushed as to rouse the warden. Lo wasn't entirely sure what she wanted him to do about it but she figured he could do something. Maybe he could sneak her out in his pocket or something. Although she looked half brain dead and as woozy as she felt, very attractive indeed, so it probably wasn't best to go wandering around the town anyway. She'd frighten all the poor school kids and her night might even end up with pitch forked citizens. In the end it was probably best that she laid around all day, not best for her, but best for the town of Forks. The show she had been watching finally ended and she erased it and started the next int he long line of shows. "You'll be happy to know that with all this doing nothing I finally figured out how to work my DVR!" Lo grinned at him like a proud five year old bringing home her first all A report card. Of course she had lost a very important movie her roommate had recorded in the process but she had gotten a hold of his boyfriend and everything was worked out. He was now be the proud owner of a night of movie watching, more specifically a movie he had wanted to watch to begin with, so in the end it was a win win situation.
Liam's timing was a tad unfortunate as Lo had just taken medication an hour or so before and it was finally starting to kick in. She was pretty sure she looked like she hadn't slept for a week at this point and instead of fighting her woozy state she simply gave into it. Since her doses were now half as large she knew there was a pretty good chance she could watch tv and hold a conversation without falling asleep. Although Liam might not enjoy her tv show she was pretty sure he would probably find her amusing. Lo shifted to lean against him so she was facing the tv, she also pushed at least three blankets off of herself, since they were mounded on her like she was dying of pneumonia or frost bite or something that required you to get warm fast. From past experience she wasn't going to need a billion blankets anyway. Another unfortunate consequence of being half alive was the fact that her brain could only function so well and without thinking anything of it she asked what was probably the wrong question in this particular instance with this particular person. "How is Ethan?" The realization of how terribly wrong this situation had just become hit her about ten seconds after she uttered the words. Luckily in her half dead state she was prone to mumbling and she was banking on that to save her. It was really too bad she didn't know about his super amazing hearing or she probably would have intentionally broken her other arm so Liam could save her and feel like his super hero muppet self. However she opted for just silently kicking herself in the ass and hoping he didn't think anything of her question.

They didn’t see each other every day or anything like that, but Liam always made sure to see Lotis whenever she was in town. It kind of sucked having a friend that moved back and forth so often, but he supposed it did give him time to focus on work and such. He did have a terrible time with that, after all. It wasn’t his life goal to be a bar tender, therefor he didn’t have a lot of heart in it. He’d rather be in his garage or his attic, preferably the attic, playing with his friend and his friend’s girlfriend. Playing music, I mean. The other playing would just be a little bit too creepy and out of character for his tastes. If Lotis was around all the time, then he surely never would get anything down to do with work and then he’d end up broke, he’d have to move back in with his parents, and he’d have to run around like a raccoon eating trash from a trash can. Or the raccoons. Hey, when the boys were in wolf form, if they were desperate they’d eat the meat raw. In human form he’d never do that, but in wolf form he didn’t even give it a second thought. It was just second nature to him. There were a lot of things that seemed to be second nature now that he was a werewolf. One of those things was hanging around with Lotis, despite the fact that he was fairly certain that was not a characteristic of a werewolf, otherwise all of the wolves would be lining up at her door to see her. Maybe that was just something that was in his brain telling him that he needed to get her to stop being so stubborn. He did love a challenge.
Honestly it kind of hurt him to see her in pain. Well, to see her broken. She didn’t actually seem like she was all that sore. In fact, to Liam she seemed a little bit- or a lot- out of it. Oh, this was going to be so fun, wasn’t it? He could just feel his teasing coming on. The best part was, she’d probably be too out of it to care, or she’d be too out of it to even realize he was teasing her in the first place. How awesome was that? An official license to bug Lo and she would barely even know it! Though there was the odd case that she would be completely aware of it, but that would just make his life sad, boring, and pointless. Liam laughed and nodded. “Of course,” he said with a smirk. “I have to make sure you don’t get yourself into more trouble, ya know?” Though Liam was teasing her, he really didn’t want her to get hurt even more. He was about a second away from just staying with her until she got sick of him. He’d do anything for her, what with her broken arm. He would be her own personal little lap dog. Or big dog. You know, whichever worked. “Plus, everyone likes to feel useful,” he laughed. What was more useful: helping a girl drugged up on pain medication and a broken arm, or helping people get drunk by supplying the with booze? Liam preferred to go with the first option. There was a little bubble of happiness when she seemed pleased with the flowers; he was right! Girls did like flowers and they liked them when they weren’t feeling well. Score one for the clueless male in the room! Her grandmother came in and left in a flash, taking the flowers with her. Well, he supposed Lotis couldn’t exactly put them in a vase herself. “Geeh, I wonder why that is?” he laughed and rolled his eyes. “Maybe because last time you tried to do something, you went out and broke yourself.” See, that generally stopped people from letting you do stuff, at least until you were better. At least, that’s what Liam thought. He was a wolf and had been for several years; he was pretty sure his broken bones would heal within a few hours as long as they were set properly. He couldn’t help but smile to himself; she was out of it. He loved it. “Did you really? And how many fires did you cause in the process?” he asked with a big smile on his face. Though he did have to admit he was kind of impressed. That didn’t sound like something Lotis would be able to do on her own. Liam wanted to blurt out that being beside a werewolf was better than being underneath blankets, but even in her drug muddled state, she’d probably still remember something like that. Liam bit his tongue as usual and watched…well he wasn’t quite sure what they were watching. “What are you watching?” he asked, just curious. All he knew was that he was not going to run home to watch the entire series of whatever it was. But he’d put up with it for her sack. Just as he thought he was beginning to figure out what they were in fact watching, her question caught him off guard. “Ethan? I don’t know, still moping around probably. Why do you ask?” he questioned, brow furrowed. He was so perplexed at the current moment in time. Why would Lotis want to know how his annoying brother was doing? That made no sense whatsoever. l i w what am I wearing? am i nude? am I crazy? what’s in my head? how many words? 918 who’s my reader? lotis who made this template? @ CLARKY ! Lotis was really too out of it to feel any vast array of emotions at that particular moment, but she did find comfort in someone who wasn't ordered to bring her something, stopping by to actually visit her. Of course her roommate and his boyfriend meant well but it wasn't the same when he was on a tight schedule and could only stay for five minutes. He had promised to stop by that weekend after her "date" with Ethan to visit. Though Lo was pretty sure it was more of him just wanting fist hand slightly groggy details about everything that happened and less about actually stopping by to see her. Oh well, beggars couldn't be choosers right? "I doubt I could really get myself into any trouble at the moment, since I'm only half function-able," Ok, that wasn't entirely true. At some point in the last few days and in between horse size doses of medication she had unintentionally whacked her mother. She wasn't entirely sure how it happened, probably while she was being stubborn and wanting to do whatever it was her mother was trying to get her not to. However her mother now had a nice sized bruise on the side of her arm, since apparently being whacked with a cast leaves a mark, at least on normal people anyway. Of course Lo was horrified when she found out the next day. That little incident was really the whole reason she reasoned her grandmother into cutting her doses in half, I mean she certainly wasn't the size of a horse so who should she take enough medication for one?! "Feeling useless isn't fun, that's for sure" She frowned and him.
The last time she tried to do something? She wasn't entirely sure that jogging was really 'doing' something but then again she also had no idea what day of the week it was so maybe it was. However even if it was, she jogged almost every day and hadn't broken anything up until this point. "It's not like I meant to fall over something and break my arm," she looked a little miffed and a lot groggy. It was really too bad about the medication, I mean how was a girl supposed to get her point across when she wasn't functioning properly?! She was pretty sure she just looked like a terribly disheveled confused girl at that moment even though she was trying to portray something entirely different. "I guess I didn't realize jogging was so difficult" In the end she finally gave up and simply shrugged. There was no use in fighting to get her point across, it's not like she was ever going to win anyway.
"I didn't set a single fire!" She grinned at him, an easy emotion that one wouldn't have to fight to get across. "There was a movie casualty, but it's all covered up like it didn't even happen." Of course now someone knew about it other then the accomplice in the cover up, damn. She really didn't want to have to kill Liam, he was a nice guy, maybe he would keep quiet so she wouldn't have too. I mean it would make a huge mess and that was really only if she could actually accomplish such a task. I mean he was like three of her and the thought of her trying to get him to do anything, like surrender or move even, was quite comical. Maybe she would do what the super villains did and use some sort of tranquilizer or gas substance. Of course it would probably take a truck load of that crap to even phase him in the slightest. After deliberating for a while she just shrugged and settled for a simple threat. "Shhh don't tell anyone! I'd hate for there to be two casualties in this situation" She was pretty sure he would find that highly amusing, it really was too bad he couldn't have read her thoughts just now, he probably would have been dying of laughter. I mean how often do you see a tiny person with a cast beating on a giant as he walked nonchalantly down the street?! She broke her concentration on the image in her head to focus on the TV show they were watching so she could answer his question. "Ummm, Dollhouse....I think..." She stared at it for a while trying to remember if the leading lady was in any of the other shows she had recorded. To be honest she had just been hitting play and staring at the TV for the past two days. She hadn't been paying attention to what she was watching or really even absorbing it. She finally decided her first thought was right and nodded to finalize that thought.
Moping around? Had he been mopey when he rescued her? Maybe that was the cause of him being distant, he was there and he did respond to everything she had said but he seemed like he was in a cloud. Nice enough but not really all there. Lo pondered why he would be mopey while she inadvertently blurt out more then she probably should have. "Well he did rescue me you know, and I haven't heard from him since..." her words more or less ran off into nothing as she half continued to ponder and half watch the TV show. Why on earth would he be mopey? He didn't strike her as the kind of person who would be overly effected by losing a job or anything. Maybe he had fallen into girl trouble? Although it seemed odd that he would be mopey about a girl and then ask her to dinner. Right about that time she finally came to the realization that they did exchange phone numbers. "I guess I should call him and make sure Friday is still happening...." and about halfway through the word 'happening' she came to the realization of what she had just said and who she had just said it too. DAMNIT! Of course he was bound to find out eventually but it probably would have been better if Ethan had told him, at least then Liam couldn't really be mad at Lo. However Lo had said yes after all so it was partly her fault. The cogs were turning in her head, slower then usual, but still turning. Another realization hit her then. Liam couldn't get mad at her anyway! He had more then enough time by now to ask her out himself if he had wanted too and he hadn't so why should she feel bad?! It might be a little awkward now though, hanging out with the older brother of some guy who asked you out on a date, especially if that meant dating in this town. Her head was like swimming through honey at that point in time she she just gave up trying to figure stuff out and settled in to watching TV instead.

liam IGGY wyattI’M QUITE WELL BUILTas far as physiques gopeople seem to think I belong in a freak show
Right now Liam was fairly certain there was nothing more funny going on in town right now that being near Lotis. Even right now in her drugged state she wasn’t at the loopiest she could have been, but that didn’t matter all that much to him. What amused him most was the fact that he could probably ask her anything and she’d either accidentally answer with the truth or with something randomly hilarious. He loved people on drugs. Wait, that statement had negative implications. He found it amusing when people were on pain medication an they got all loopy. He didn’t like that they had to get hurt in the first place to even procure the medication, but he couldn’t change the past so he might as well enjoy the present. Though Liam really did wish for Lotis to take much better care of herself next time she went out for a run. It just seemed like a bad idea for her to be released in the wild, just like they couldn’t bare to set her grandmother free on the world. The only difference was, it seemed like Lotis would cause more harm to herself, meanwhile her grandmother seemed pretty dangerous to both herself, her surroundings, and anyone in the nearby vicinity. Liam laughed at her comment and shrugged, looking down at her with an amused smile. “I suppose, though you never know. As long as you stay inside the house, preferably in this room for the most part, I think you’ll be okay. I’ll be your personal watchdog if you need someone to keep you in place,” he joked. The funny thing was, she really didn’t know how truthful the term watch “dog” was in Liam’s case. Hell, he wasn’t going to tell her. Then again, he wondered if he told her in this state if she would even remember it. It would be interesting to find out, but he couldn’t risk her remembering it. That would just be bad, both for himself and for Lotis. “Aww, don’t worry, you’re always useless. You shouldn’t feel any different right now,” he teased, hoping that laughter really was the best medicine. He didn’t have a clue how the human immune system worked because he never cared enough to pay attention in science class, but there was that stupid saying. How much truth there was to the stupid saying he didn’t know, but it was worth a shot. Besides, he figured if she was sick, she’d probably want to be cheered up anyways. Then again, if the pills made her too loopy, they might twist all the words he said. The last thing he needed was for her to take his jokes the complete wrong way and start crying. Though he didn’t her mother or her grandmother could do all that much damage to him, it was still unfortunate to get whacked by a little old lady, not to mention a little embarrassing. At least if that happened in front of Lo, she’d probably forget it even happened so there would be no relentless teasing. Liam tried not to smile but he couldn’t help it; the corners of his mouth twitched into a smile before trying to suppress it for her sake. “I know you didn’t mean to. Most people don’t go for a run or whatever and decide that today will be they day they break their arm. At least, most normal people won’t do that on purpose,” he said. There were some really weird people out there that would injure themselves just to get out of doing things, whether they be work related, things at home, or just their life in general. The pills that made you loopy were probably a very good escape from the real world; he could see some really desperate people hurting themselves just to get them. But thankfully Liam knew that Lotis was different than that. She was just a spaz instead. “Who would have thought that running around in circles could be detrimental to your health?” he asked rhetorically, though he wasn’t sure if she would pick up on it. Liam found jogging to be painfully boring, even though he did it anyways. He found no real point in it, however. Just how much are you accomplishing by running around places, other than for your own personal health? Not a whole hell of a lot, to be honest. “I’m proud of you, Bambi,” he said, loving this right now. She was like a confused, drugged out, excited child. It was great, truly great. Liam furrowed his brow and looked at her with a look of perplexity written on his face. “Movie accident? Oh geez, just what did you do this time?” he asked, scared for the answer. Knowing Lo, it could have been just about anything. It was probably some weird explanation of some sort. “I knew you were the sort of girl that would hide her dirty work. Lotis Von Emorrey, you would make one sexy little mobster,” he joked. The last thing he needed was to worry about her more because she was reliving the 1920’s. Liam laughed and rolled her eyes. Oh crazy, crazy girl. She definitely was going to be the highlight of his month for as long as she stayed on the pills. Though really she’d probably still be his highlight of the month; he always found himself having the urge to hang out with her though he hadn’t a clue why. He supposed he just loved to bug the living daylights out of her. “As if you could do anything to hurt me,” he scoffed. Little did she know, there was really nothing much she could do, aside from maybe kicking him in the man goods but he doubted- not to mention hoped- that she would never do that. It would be most uncomfortable for him. Liam looked over at the television. Apparently knowing the name of the show was no use to him because he still had no freaking clue what the show was about. He probably never would know because he wasn’t too keen on paying any attention to it. Lo was much more interesting than anything he could find on television these days. “Oh, how riveting,” he said sarcastically but was in no mood to steal the remote from her and change it. If he wanted to watch TV, he could just do it at home. That wasn’t why he came over, obviously. “Our mother likes to update us on what’s going on in the neighbourhood, which includes your unfortunate spill. We know every detail that your mother has cared to share with our mother. Old women never stop talking,” he said. Lord, he hoped that Lotis would grab that trait from her relatives. She probably did; a lot of women possessed that very unfortunate characteristic. Suddenly Lotis had every single grain of Liam’s attention. “What are you talking about?” he asked in confusion and looked at her with slight annoyance. What had his brother done? Wait…she couldn’t be talking about…no, that wasn’t right. His brother had imprinted on some little blonde annoying thing. There was no way…he would kill him. Liam was one hundred percent certain that he would kill Ethan if he even thought about trying to go out with Lotis. “Are you going on a date with my younger brother?” he flat out asked in terms that she could understand, even in her drugged out state. what am I wearing? am i nude? am I crazy? what’s in my head? how many words? 1248 who’s my reader? lotis who made this template? @ CLARKY ! How did I know I'd die for this? Lay down your gun come run with me. Lo wasn't really all that content at the moment. For someone who worked a 60 hour week and then drove 3 hours to her mothers house for 2 days every week sitting in the living room doing nothing for a month just might kill her. So it was very safe to say that she was not content. Although she was more so, content that is, now that she had some decent company. It was a little weird being snuggled up against Liam watching tv when she had a date with his younger brother in a few days. A stronger and more sober Lo would have distanced herself and made the line clear as to not institute sibling rivalry. Lucky for her she was not strong nor sober at that moment so she ignored the tiny voice in the back of her head to snuggle next to the human heating blanket that was Liam. "I'm going to get fat sitting here in this room for at least month being fed every 2 hours by a worrisome grandmother," Of course the perfect combatant to that situation was running....which was the sole reason for this whole mess to begin with. Lo was pretty sure she was going to gain a good ten pounds by the end of this month which was not exciting for the little blonde. She frowned at him. "I'm pretty sure if you needed an oven to be non-functional I could break it for you, that would be pretty useful if you needed it." She nodded decisively before grinning at him. Although that time was probably never going to show up but if it did she would certainly be useful.
"I thought I saw something, something unpleasant and scary, so I ran the opposite direction to get away from it and wound up falling over something. It was hardly a planned event, so I think I'm still relatively normal." Of course she still wasn't sure what she saw. She had been having dreams (or nightmares if you will) about it every night since and each dream brought more clarity to what she thought she saw. The picture was still pretty fuzzy and if she had to tell someone about it she was pretty sure she'd lose her "normal" title so she hadn't said much about it. Her grandmother was sure she saw some huge animal and had promptly called he forest ranger. Of course she had no evidence other then her drugged up granddaughter so the ranger had simply brushed it off and gave her grandmother some "yeah I'll keep an eye out" speech that meant little to nothing. Whatever it was it was Lo knew she never wanted to see it again or talk about it or dream about it. Lo had caught his remark about running but she was too deep into thoughts about that nasty dream to reply so she just shrugged as if she were really listening. These drugs gave her a one track mind and she found it hard to think and listen at the same time. "Ruddy had some movie saved on the DVR and in the process of figuring out what all the buttons on the remote did and working the DVR said movie was lost. No worries though he gets a nice date out of the loss so score one for the oblivious." She grinned at him. She wasn't usually sneaky but she had in fact lost other shows of his in the past and he had never been very pleased about it. besides sometimes a little sneakiness was handy, especially if you had to live with the person. "A mobster? I guess just as long as I don't have to wear a pinstripe suit" She scrunched her nose a little in distaste. She wasn't near tall enough to pull off a head to toe print of any kind.
Lo was pretty sure she could never even come close to hurting Liam, not because he was too sweet to even think about hurting. It was more along the lines of him being so much larger then she was. It was like a chiuaua trying to beat up a great dane, it just wasn't going to happen. "I can bite pretty hard, maybe I'll just gnaw off your arm instead." There was probably no chance at even that but it was her best thought at the moment. "Well at least it has a Elisha Dushku in it. So even if you can't follow the plot you have something pretty to look at," She smirked at him. She happened to really enjoy this show but she knew from experience that most guys never payed attention to the plot of the show. Not with Elisha running around kicking ass in next to nothing. I mean really who could?! "I should have guessed, my mother has been glued to the telephone for two days now, I'm sure everyone within a hundred miles knows I fell on my face." Sometimes mothers could be the most unhandy creatures in the world. I mean really if Lo wanted everyone to know she'd go parading down the street waving her cast around or she'd yell it really loud from someplace high. She really didn't care that people knew but it was a little embarrassing that she had fallen on her face while going for a simple run.
Lo stopped and looked at Liam with an odd curious look. He sounded as if the world was coming to an end or something. "Yes, I am." She stated mater-o-factly. She wasn't sure what the big deal was, it was just a date after all it wasn't like they were picking out silverware and baby names. Lo wasn't as interested in this as Liam was since she had seen it all first hand and she let her attention drift back to the TV while she explained the situation in a very nonchalant manner. "He asked me while he was filling out my hospital intake forms, and I mean I couldn't say no since he rescued me and all..." Her words drifted off into nothing as she lost her train of thought in the big plot twist at the end of the episode. After it was done and the credits started rolling she glanced back at Liam not a care in the world, which was probably because of the drugs and less because of the situation. "It's just a date, it's not even going to be exciting or anything, just a movie and dinner," She pat Liam on the head and grinned at him. What was the big deal? Liam looked like a sad, confused, puppy for some reason.

liam IGGY wyattI’M QUITE WELL BUILTas far as physiques gopeople seem to think I belong in a freak show
Liam would have liked to hang out with Lotis under different circumstances, but unfortunately he couldn’t change the fact that she had taken a tumble and hurt herself. It would have been nice if that was the case, but unfortunately it wasn’t. So instead he’d be her heating blanket and let the tiny little blonde snuggle up to him. He certainly wasn’t going to complain about that, that much was for certain. Now, had she been sick and projectile vomiting, that might be a bit of a different case. But instead she was just completely drugged out on pain medication and rather amusing to talk to. Even watch. She just looked so drugged. It was great. He was going to be able to tease her about it even when her arm was all better and she was off the meds. Liam laughed and shrugged. “You’re not going to get fat. You’ll just have a little bit more meat on your bones and you’ll be very scrumptious looking,” he said. It would probably just add to her very slight curves anyways. He liked a curvy looking girl and he’d probably try to stop her from running once she got better so that she’d keep that fat on her. She wasn’t going to turn into a little blob anyways. No, a pound or two wasn’t going to kill her. “Please don’t break any ovens. Then I can’t be in here to talk to you, and you seem to be very much stuck in this room,” he pointed out. Sure they could have an awkwardly shouted conversation from the kitchen to the living room, but then her grandmother and mother would probably hear every word they said. That wouldn’t be too good at all. Liam frowned slightly and hoped it was nothing of the horrible vampire variety that she happened to see. That would not be good at all. “And just what was this something unpleasant and scary you saw?” he asked, his voice filled with concern. Liam shook his head though and dared to disagree with her. “Don’t worry, you’re not completely normal. You’re still completely weird,” he said easily. He liked to think she wasn’t normal at all. Being normal these days was so overrated. He liked it when girls were a little bit off their rocker. Not a whole lot, mind you. He didn’t need some crazy stalker girl going after him, but normal people were just so boring. He supposed that because he wasn’t exactly normal himself, he always found normal people had no draw to them. So Lotis was by no means normal and he was very pleased with this fact. Liam laughed and shook his head. Poor Lotis, she was so unfortunate when it came to technology. It would have been sad if it wasn’t so darn funny for him. “You do know the whole set up and the remote comes with instructions, and those instructions often tell you how to work the remote, right?” he pointed out, though he doubted she would even care to read them. Girls liked to just push random buttons until they found out how things worked. He supposed that was why it took them so long to figure things out. Liam grinned and looked down at the tiny girl. He doubted that anything would look bad on her, but who was he to know? He wasn’t the one in the fashion industry. “No, you don’t have to wear one. You can wear whatever you want, especially if you become the head mobster girl,” she said. If that was the case, then why the heck would the other mobsters tell her to wear something else? They were supposed to listen to her, after all, otherwise they’d get their heads blown off or something sucky like that. Liam looked down at her like she was crazy and tapped her on the nose. “You know, I don’t think that’s really necessary. You can keep your chompers all to yourself, thanks,” he said. The thought of having his arm gnawed off didn’t sound pleasant. Though why Lo would be gnawing off his arm in the first place he didn’t know, but he still wouldn’t like it to happen. He figured he would have had to have done something completely terrible to earn himself and arm gnawing. That was a fun word, gnaw. Liam looked over at the screen and shrugged. “I don’t even know who that is,” he said plainly. Frankly he didn’t really know who many celebrities were. They just didn’t interest him. Why should he care about the life of someone that he didn’t know and that didn’t do anything useful for the world? It was just pointless to him. He just didn’t feel like paying any attention to the show, even if the girl was a little bit attractive to look at. “Well, someone had to tell everyone. I was going to do it, but you know, I figured you kill me. So I let your mother, that way you just get a little bit angry at her but aren’t able to actually stop her because she’s your mother,” he said with a wicked grin. Of course, he never had some sort of conversation with Lotis’ mother saying that she should do that, but at least he didn’t have to inform the world that Lotis went and got herself hurt. Speaking of hurt, he was beyond hurt that she would even think about going out with his brat of a little brother. “Yes, yes you could have. It’s very easy. No. See how easy that is?” he said, oddly angered by her agreeing to go on a date with him. He felt that familiar feeling build up in the pit of his stomach but the last thing he needed was to phase in front of Lotis. That would be bad, very bad. But he had a terrible control on his temper. “If it’s not even exciting then why the hell would you agree to go on it anyways?” he said, trying to keep his voice at a normal level and tone but probably failing. For some reason this whole thing just pissed him off to no extent. His stupid brother didn’t deserve to go out with Lotis. He knew he shouldn’t have told her but he couldn’t stop the words from spewing out of his mouth in anger. “You know he’s in love with another girl, right? The stupid idiot has been mooning over her for weeks. It’s down right pathetic,” he said. He left out the whole imprinting part. Why the hell would Ethan go out with Lotis when he had a freaking imprint? He was going to tear him to pieces, literally, when he saw him next. what am I wearing? am i nude? am I crazy? what’s in my head? how many words? 1127 who’s my reader? lotis who made this template? @ CLARKY ! How did I know I'd die for this? Lay down your gun come run with me. Lo grumbled to herself. Boys just didn't understand. Oh, sure, they had their fair share of molds to fit into but not even half as many as girls did. Although she didn't pay attention to it most of the time but she was pretty sure she had a few more molds then the average girl did. Sure she was no movie star but she did have to dress them quite often and that required a certain amount of mold fitting in. Lucky for her she was small enough she had to take most of her clothes in, which meant that they could, thankfully, be let out if need be. She was aware that she wouldn't gain a substantial amount of weight over the course of a month or so. So for the most part she tended to ignore her impending clothes altering. "I suppose I could move rooms, but then I would be stuck in that room for a while and frankly the furniture in this room is more or less comfortable." Her grandmother's furniture was old and lacked a lot of cushion. Which was in fact something Lo had pondered that morning. Where did all that cushion go?! Apparently Forks had some kind of cushion stealing elves. Of course Lo knew where it went, however when you're not in your right mind that mind tends to wander and that coupled with drugs tended to make day dreaming a natural occurrence. "To be honest I'm not really sure. It's all still a little hazy." Lo frowned. "The doctor said I must have hit my head just enough to knock a few screws loose but not enough to cause any damage." She looked rather perturbed at not being able to figure out this little puzzle. "The only thing I remember was the color red." Ok, so that totally didn't make her sound crazy. I was jogging through the forest and saw RED and then I fell over a tree, broke my arm and knocked a few screws loose. There was really no way that conversation was going to help her cause.
"Oh, well, I'm glad I'm still weird." Damn you Normal why are you so hard to obtain?! Of course she didn't find much wrong with being weird. Liam was weird as well so at least she wasn't alone. "Yes, I am aware of that, however I wasn't given the instructions when it was dropped off so this is hardly my fault." There truly was nothing better then a scape goat, and when they had dropped off her rap they in fact didn't drop off instructions. Of course that was probably because they didn't think she would bother reading them anyway...but that was hardly the point! "Ok good. I'm not sure I could pull off a pinstripe suit. I'm much too short to do all over patterns." She would probably look like she was wearing some terrible wallpaper. Lo had done head to toe pattern once and it turned into one huge horrible mistake on her part. So if she ever become some mobster girl she would have to aim high so she didn't have to wear something awful, Unless..."I wonder if mobsters would appreciate a personal clothing consultant. At least I wouldn't have to do anything awful to wear what I wanted and my mob would be the best dressed mob ever." This off track train of thought pleased Lo. There was no telling what she would have to do to become the head mobster girl so maybe just dressing them all would suffice. Lo wasn't sure if she could actually kill someone anyway. Lo smirked at him, she was pretty sure she could probably bite pretty hard however she still doubted she could hurt Liam.
"You're hopeless." Lo teased him. It was quite surprising that he didn't know who she was. Most guys had posters of girls like her on their walls but then again Liam was weird so she supposed that got him off the hook. Lo on the other hand had met and dressed her for some photo shoot not long after she was "found" so she made it a point to know a little bit about her. That was probably the whole "two worlds apart" concept with Lo and Liam. "It doesn't really surprise me. My mother is like a hen in hen house when it comes to gossip." Lo would be surprised if people her mother didn't even know were told about this tragic event. Of course this would mean that she would be getting random visits from people she didn't know. That in itself wasn't too bad but coupled with the fact that she had a hard time seeing straight made it a little awkward. "I didn't save you and carry you through the woods though so it's not that easy. Besides He's not that bad, a bit glum but not annoying in the slightest." What was wrong with Liam?! His brother had saved her and he expected her to just tell him no to some silly little date?! RUDE. "Well it can't be too exciting anyway seeing as I have a plaster appendage at the moment. It will be fun it's just not going to be bungee jumping or anything." It didn't really surprise her that he was in love with some other girl, that would explain his gloomy attitude it must have been girl trouble. She wasn't all that troubled by this fact either seeing as she had no real interest in marrying the guy or anything, they were after all just going to a movie and dinner. "There is nothing wrong with mooning over a girl!" She frowned at him. "I promise I won't run off and marry him if that makes you feel any better." Lo teased him before starting the next show on the DVR. That was a pretty good compromise. At least she thought so.

LIAM IGGY WYATTYOUR SWEET MOONBEAM, THE SMELL OF YOU IN EVERYSINGLE DREAM I DREAM, I KNEW WHEN WE COLLIDEDYOU’RE THE ONE I HAVE DECIDED WHO’S ONE OF MY KIND
This was one of the reasons that Liam was very glad that Lotis wasn’t a guy. Besides the fact that she was much more attractive as a girl, she was much smarter about a broken arm than any guy he knew. Granted, a lot of the guys he knew were werewolves who liked to go do dangerous things without thinking of the consequences- and yes that included him. When they broke bones they just snapped them back into place and prayed that they would set right. Most of the time they did, though Liam still wasn’t too sure about that toe of his…But anyways, at least Lotis wasn’t back out running the day after she broke her arm. That would just be a very bad idea. He actually found it kind of funny that she managed to break her arm rather than her leg. He would have thought that out of the two appendages the leg would be the one that would be more likely to be broken by a runner. But what did he know? When he ran he was often in giant hairy wolf form, on all four. “True,” he said with a nod. He then looked at what she had to work with and wondered if she was comfortable enough. “Do you want me to search the house and see if I can find you some pillows and a less itchy looking blanket?” he offered, more than ready to do whatever the hell she needed him to do. He just got that feeling around her, like he just wanted to make her happy. He kinda had a love hate relationship with that dumb feeling. And in concerns with that it made him very concerned with what she saw in the woods. He hoped that her been loopy on drugs would either enhance her memory somehow so that it just came spilling out and he would know, or it would be knocked out of her head forever. “Red, huh?” he said and bit his lip slightly. Red could mean a lot of things, though this was Forks/La Push… Liam laughed and nodded his head. “Don’t worry, you always will be. And if you ever dare to be normal I’ll just annoy you until you have no choice but to be weird again. It’ll work out real well, promise,” he said with a mischievous little grin. Oh yes, he could definitely annoy the shiznit out of that girl. And he definitely wouldn’t like her if she was anything other than what she was. She was perfect as she was, whether or not she knew it for real. Liam rolled his eyes and scoffed. “Oh, I’m sure, because Google doesn’t have instructions about anything and printers don’t exist to print off these instructions for crippled girls like you,” he said sarcastically as he watched her with his bemused blue eyes. She was so out of it, it was amazing. “Or, you know, I could have showed you in five seconds,” he laughed and ruffled her hair. He definitely thought that would have been the much easier option for her and the much more entertaining option for him, but she just had to make everything difficult, didn’t she? Liam laughed and shook his head. He had no clue when it came to fashion. This was the guy that usually let the girl at the store decide what he would wear. Generally they picked decent things for him and they more than loved watching him take off shirts when they didn’t fit right and he didn’t feel like running back to the change room each time. “I’m sure I could suggest several things that would look much better on you than a pinstripe suit. And only a couple would make you smack me upside the head,” he said as if this were a very proud accomplishment. Though the ones that would make her smack him were the ones he’d most like to see her in. Just saying. “Exactly. And rather than selling drugs or guns, you could see underground designer clothes or something,” he said. That was a much better business for someone like Lotis in his opinion. Not that he wanted her to be doing anything illegal in the first place, but if she were to that would be at least something she was experienced with. Liam rolled his eyes and looked at the television screen. It wasn’t his fault that he didn’t know some random person that was on the television screen. What part did she play in his life? Absolutely none so she didn’t think it was his duty to be aware of her existence. “One day you’re going to be just like that,” he teased with a big grin on his face. He looked at the little girl and wondered just how true that statement was. She certainly had no problem telling the world how dumb she thought he was, so he didn’t see what would stop her from becoming a gossip when she was old and had nothing better to do. “I guess that’s what happens when you live in a small town,” he added on. In a small town everyone knew everyone’s business. There really were no secrets, other than the whole vampire/werewolf existence thing. That would be very bad if that got out. Though maybe people would want to torch Ethan if they knew what he was. Now there was an idea… “You obviously have been taking way to many pain meds,” he said in a most displeased voice. Not that annoying? Maybe it’s because the idiot was too sad to be anything but gloomy all the time. He just wasn’t at his most annoying right now, that was all. If she continued to date him- like Hell he’d let that happen- she’d eventually see how much of a pain in the ass he was. “The only reason he was the one that saved you was because our mother wanted him out of the house. It wasn’t because of chivalry or that he actually cared about you,” he said. He knew he probably sounded mean but he was furious with his brother right now. He didn’t see him going off and dating that Kaitlyn girl, now did he? No, because Liam was a way better brother, apparently. “There is when it drives you to go out with--” he said and stopped himself. He almost blurted out that he liked her, though he hadn’t a clue where the hell that had come from. “No, it doesn’t make me feel any better.” Liam was pissed. There were no other words to describe his current feelings.[/blockquote] any clothes am i nude? am I crazy? what’s in my head? any words? 1111 reading this? lotis any notes? sorry this took forever and sucks monkey butt >.< exams end on friday, though! template maker? @ CLARKY ! How did I know I'd die for this? Lay down your gun come run with me. Lotis glanced at the hideous multi colored crocheted blanket her grandmother had given her. She was pretty sure most if not all of the blankets in her house were going to be more of the same and a hunting trip for something better might just be a waste of time. "No, I'm fine. I think this is all you're liable to find around here anyway and at last these colors kind of go together. I refused the first three they offered me because they made my eyes hurt." she grinned at him. Besides she didn't really need another blanket or pillows atm. Although Liam wasn't quite as comfortable as a giant mound of pillows he was warmer then her current blanket so the compromise was worth it in the end. Lo bit her lip as Liam questioned her further about the vision she had had or whatever it had been she had seen while running. "I honestly have no idea what I saw. I mentioned it to the doctor and he made those doctory eyes at me like I was some kind of nutcase." she frowned. "I remember the color red, and every time I try to think about it I get one of those bad feelings in the pit of my stomach so red equals bad in this case, I'm assuming of course." she paused to ponder on anything else she remembered. The whole day was a little hazy, even the traipsing through the woods in someone's arms although that was probably due to the current drugs she was on and less about her hallucinating. Lo was pretty sure she already sounded crazy, what with throwing the color red around like it was some kind of terrible thing little children should fear crawling out from under their beds. "I do faintly recall a girls face but I couldn't even describe it, it's one of those weird know it when you see it kind of things." she shrugged. If he didn't think she was crazy up till now she was pretty sure she just gave him all the ammunition he needed to complete that jump from sane to insane.
"I'm not sure I could be normal, even if I tired." normal was over rated anyway. I mean who the hell wanted to be just like everyone else?! She was suddently reminded of her roommates favorite saying when they got into a battle of who was less normal. 'Yes, Lo, you're special, just like everyone else.' It was oddly true. No was really special because everyone was special. Mind boggler. "You weren't here, besides the end result would be the same, the middle might have been a little less bumpy but that's not what matters!" she scowled at him for a moment though she looked more grumpy then mad. One good thing about a drugged out Lotis was it was almost impossible for her to hold onto any one emotion for too long so she was only grumpy/mad for a few minutes before the haze set in and she either forgot why she was grumpy/mad or found it too taxing to continue being grumpy/mad. "Well as long as it's only a couple." she rolled her eyes and shook her head. She had a sneaking suspicion that he had more hen a couple things in his head at that moment and was really just holding some of them back for her sake. In all fairness though she could probably say the same thing to him, if her head din't feel like it was full of tightly packed cotton and she could think clearly. However she wasn't sure she would have actually admitted this to Liam even if her head were screwed on straight at that moment. His own had was much too big as it was she didn't need to add fuel to THAT fire. "I like this crime boss lady idea more and more. Maybe I should look into an occupational switch. I bet the hours don't suck as bad AND I might actually have male coworkers that aren't attracted to the same guys I am. That would be extra handy!"
"I know, I weep in secret for my future." she grinned at him. She really had no interest in being some terrible gossip when she was older but most women tended to automatically mold into that. Lo wondered why that was, why did women feel the need to gabber on about things that never concerned themselves? It seemed like a nasty, unsatisfying, endless loop to get into. like "Oh, did you hear so-and-so got her hair cut by so-and-so the other day. It looks terrible but so-and-so is strutting around like they're the prettiest hen in the hen house." I mean really who cared?! The worst part was that these women usually called each other friend like it's some meaningless title people give out to everyone they've met. No she was not looking forward to that stage of her life. Luckily she had a few years before she got there. Lotis frowned at Liam. "He was very nice to me, regardless of whether or not he had to be he was. " beside what girl could resist the chance to cheer up a sad puppy?! Of course she wasn't going to mention that, that seemed like the kind of information that would throw Liam into a rage and she wasn't sure if she could handle him when he went on a tirade. "You don't know that. Maybe he's been admiring me from afar! For all you know he could be totally head over heels in loooooove with me." she giggled and made googley eyes at him. Of course the chances that that story were true was probably less then zero but she figured it might irritate Liam. She was hoping that it didn't infuriate him. It would be sad to hold back one comment for fear of his wrath only to state something else that did the same thing she was just trying to avoid. She cocked at eyebrow at him questioning his endless sentence. Was it ironic that he was slowly spiraling into the same dreary mood his brother had been in when she met him? "Awwww, don't be like that." Lo hugged him, awkwardly and kissed his cheek before snuggling back down into her small Lotis sized hole. If it was true that Ethan was in love with some other girl then she wasn't sure why this whole thing was such a huge deal. She hoped Liam didn't think she was some kind of mindless hussy, she was just getting out of the house and helping Ethan do the same. There was no reason Liam had to be such a big grumpy bear about all of this.

in the party, love, some man’s playing hallelujah
<< liam i g g y wyatt >>in the corner, love, all night girls drink wine<< I MADE A MESS OF THINGS, THE STOPS & IN BETWEENS, THEY WEIGH ME DOWN >> Liam was almost fairly certain that if Lotis asked him to go half way around the world to find her one specific blanket and then all the way to the North Pole for a pillow he’d do it for her. He might make her pay for some of it, but he’d definitely do it for her. Was that a bit pathetic? Probably, but he wasn’t going to let that stop him from thinking about it anyways. He was secretly just a big old softy inside, but only when it came to lovely little Lotis. Liam laughed and shook his head to himself. “Because that’s what matters most when it comes to blankets: whether or not you like the colours. It’s not the comfort level or the warmth or the softness that matters, no, it’s the colour,” he said and couldn’t help but grin. She was one weird kid, wasn’t she? He doubted the pain meds were helping much. Somehow she managed to retain her personality in there even though the meds were strong. That was a miracle to him but he wasn’t going to question it any further. Liam rolled his eyes and sighed. “I should have told you never to listen to doctors. They’re kind of dumb, despite their profession. They want to be right and they want to get rid of you quickly. They don’t actually care and if there’s something that you saw that they can’t find an explanation for of course they’re going to blame it on you hitting your head,” he said. Doctors were dumb sometimes. Liam frowned and hoped it wasn’t the red of blood or the blood red of a vampire’s eyes. Then he’d have to flip some shit and go vampire hunting and frankly he was quite comfortable being Lotis’ pillow. “How about we find you a different running path? Once your arm gets better, I mean. Someplace where you won’t fall over and break more bones and some place with more people around,” he said. That seemed like a wise idea to him, though he didn’t know if Lotis would agree to that sort of thing. Oh crap, another person? Goddammit. “Are you sure you saw a girl?” he asked. Now he really WOULD have to go check it out later. Liam nodded. Well, if he heard one true thing before he died, that would be the true thing. He was glad. Being normal was so overrated and boring. He couldn’t even be normal if he tried, what with the whole wolf genes and everything. But she didn’t know about that. As far as she concerned, Liam was just weird because he was Liam. Lotis was definitely just weird because she was Lotis. There wasn’t really any other explanation to that. “Okay, I’ll let you believe that if you want,” he laughed. “You know, you’re normally very stubborn, but when you’re loopy you’re even more stubborn. I’m not quite sure how I feel about that yet,” he noted. There were some funny moments when she was stubborn, but Liam could be stubborn too and two stubborn people in one room could sometimes be disastrous. At least she was lucky because he’d probably give in and let her be the stubborn one. Of course, when she was back in full swing and no longer in pain that wasn’t going to be the case. But right now? Yeah, he’d give her a little bit of a pity vote. Liam grinned and tried to stop himself from thinking about those couple of things. Or multiple things. He couldn’t help himself. Now the idea was in his mind and hell, he was a guy, the idea was going to be in there for awhile. “Just a couple. You could even try them on and see if you agree,” he suggested. Okay, that was pretty much a shot in the dark and there was no way in hell she was ever going to agree to that, even if she was confused by the meds. “Well, you do get to make your own hours, but you do still have to keep working with gay guys. Sorry, it’s just part of the job description,” he said with a sad shrug as if there was nothing he could do about it. He kind of liked that she worked with gay guys. At least he wouldn’t have to worry about competition. Well, he THOUGHT he didn’t have to worry. “Me too,” he said with a grave nod. It would suck if she really did end up like a sqwaking little hen. He’d definitely have to somehow make sure she didn’t end up like that. Then again, she worked in the fashion industry, and they were already kind of like hens there. Okay, there was officially no hope for Lotis. He wasn’t going to tell her that though. He’d let her live in a delusional world where there was some little bit of hope for her. Poor girl. Liam rolled his eyes and just did not want to hear any of it. His brother was an ass, his brother was annoying, and his brother was pathetic right now. He couldn’t even keep his own imprint so he had to go steal the girl Liam liked? What the hell?? Goddamn, that boy better sleep with one eye open otherwise he would never wake up at all. “He’s never even met you before!” Liam pointed out in frustration. “He’s been mooning over Kaitlyn for over a month since she said she didn’t like him and he wouldn’t get out of bed and my mother was just about ready to go in there and kill him,” Liam said. Okay, maybe he was exaggerating on the killing part, but everything else was true. “He’s not in love with you!” Liam almost growled through gritted teeth. That stupid boy was in love with a girl that didn’t even want him. He didn’t understand how Lotis was just sitting around there joking about it while Liam wanted to kill his brother. He always liked Samuel better, anways. Liam refused to move to hug her back and pretended like she never even kissed his cheek. He just stared blankly forward at the television in attempts to control the burning rage that was building inside of him. Phasing in the middle of her living room would not be good, just saying. “Next thing we know he’ll be stealing my brother’s fiancé,” Ethan muttered. Then Samuel really WOULD kill Ethan. Wouldn’t that be fun?[/blockquote] << AND I’M TONGUE TIED AND YOU’RE COMING ALIVE, COMING ALIVE >> << EXTRAS >> clothing`` click music`` click word count`` 1086 tagged`` lotis <3 layout`` clarky lyrics`` matt nathanson << DON’T STEAL OR YOU WILL BE EATEN BY A PACK OF CARNIVOROUS FROGS, MMKAY? >> [/blockquote]

It's a cruel cruel world to face on your own, A heavy cross to carry alone. Lotis glanced at Liam, she was fairly certain he was teasing her but she was also fairly certain she was being serious. "Well, when they are all itchy I'd rather have the one with colors that match then some itchy blanket that's also hard to look at." She was pretty sure that made sense even to someone who wasn't hopped up on pain medication or even Liam. If he didn't understand this she would have to make it a point to be around when he was sick so he didn't have to sit around in an ugly itchy blanket. Although she also doubted he owned a ton of ugly itchy blankets but she wasn't comfortable with assuming he didn't because if he did he would be doomed without her. "Well for all I know maybe it was because I hit my head...although then I'm not sure what I was running away from so maybe he was wrong." She sat quietly for a moment thinking this over and the more she thought about it the more she confused herself. "I should just run around in the mall, then at least I would have a crowd if I tumbled dow something. " Lo wasn't sure if she liked that idea much. Having an audience for falling on her face sounded like a terrible idea, she would be safer but also more humiliated when she did fall.
Normal. Such a silly concept and even sillier word and yet everyone felt the need to throw it around like it was some sort of huge insult to not be normal. "I have no idea what you're talking about." She stared at him for a few moments before the grin she was holding back finally broke through. He had no idea how stubborn she could really be she was pretty sure if he did he would feel perfectly fine with the amount of stubborn she was now. However she also knew he was stubborn so maybe they would both stubbornly refuse to be ok with each other's stubbornness. Lo wasn't really sure why her head was swimming with such weird thoughts but she WAS pretty sure it was going to explode if she continued on the route she was on. "Oh, can I?!" She rolled her eyes in his general direction. He couldn't possibly be serious could he? Oh wait, he was male so yes, yes he could be serious. She was pretty sure he would hold onto this hope for as long as he lived which was sad for him since she was 99% sure that it would never happen. "I didn't realize there were a lot of gay guys in the mob but I work well with them already so I should be good." She was pretty sure there were less gay guys in the mob then they both suspected. I mean how many gays were the gun toting violent mob people you saw in movies? Her roommate wouldn't even kill spiders so she had a hard time envisioning him in the mob.
If she ever turned out like her mother, at least in the squawky sense, she would be very disappointed in herself and in Liam's job of preventing it. Of course she was already neck deep in squawky women so she was probably hopeless, however she was still going to blame her slow spiral into hen-ness on Liam. Lo wasn't quite sure why Liam was having such a huge problem with her going to see a movie with his little brother. "Awwww, she said she didn't like him!?" Lotis frowned. "Poor little Ethan must be totally heart broken. No wonder he was so sad." She was pretty sure that getting him out of the house was going to be good for him. Lotis couldn't help but feel sorry for the poor little puppy. He was broken and even if Lotis couldn't totally fix him she was sure as hell going to try to make him feel better. Lotis glanced at Liam. "What does love have to do with anything we're just going to watch a movie." Liam was acting really weird about this. Had she been sober she would have caught on to this whole thing a long time ago. However she was nowhere near sober so Liam was being ridiculous. His standoffish demeanor was making her angry and confused since she wasn't really sure what the issue was which was making her even more angry. "What does that have to do with the price of rice?!" The last time she had checked she didn't belong to anyone so he wasn't stealing her from anyone. She sat glaring at Liam for a long time sifting through the fluff in her head to figure out what was going on. She lost track of what she was thinking of a few times but she eventually struggled back to the initial problem at hand. At some point during her thought process a lightbulb flickered and her eyes focused on Liam as a sly smirk slid across her face. "Liam Iggy Wyatt, are you jealous?!" She sat smirking at him as she put two and to together and eventually made four. She was pretty sure that four meant Liam liked her, to whatever degree she wasn't sure, but he liked her enough to be jealous of his silly little brother and her going to a movie. 1059 Words Listening toWritten for LIAM♥ roo

in the party, love, some man’s playing hallelujah
<< liam i g g y wyatt >>in the corner, love, all night girls drink wine<< I MADE A MESS OF THINGS, THE STOPS & IN BETWEENS, THEY WEIGH ME DOWN >> Liam laughed and shook his head. He was beginning to wonder why he bothered talking to her if she just wasn’t going to make any sense, but then he remembered that was precisely WHY he was talking to her right now. That and he didn’t like that she was all broken and in pain. Well, WOULD be in pain if it weren’t for all those meds they were pumping her with. “Maybe if you’re lucky I’ll venture out into the real world to find you a blanket that is soft, warm, and pretty. Would you like that?” he asked and played with her hair. That’s what she got. If she was going to flop basically on top of him for warmth then he got to play with her pretty hair. It was like she was a little cat. Wait, that wasn’t a good comparison. He didn’t really like cats all that much and he in fact really liked Lotis. But saying she was like a dog would be wrong too because, well, HE was a dog- literally- sometimes and she definitely wasn’t. She could be his little ferret. Ferrets were awesome. She was a muppet-ferret. “Doctors are always wrong. If you say you saw something then I believe you, and after all, aren’t I the only one that matters?” he asked with a cocky grin. He knew it wasn’t true but that was alright, he was the joking type and he always pretended to be cocky. Sometimes he couldn’t help but actually BE a little bit cocky, but at least he wasn’t a jerk about it. “True, though if you run around a mall you might get beaten to death by old people and their walkers. They don’t want to have you running around as competition. They’re having their walker races and don’t like you young things showing off,” he said. “And I certainly don’t want you to get beaten to death by grumpy old people, I’m just saying.” He couldn’t help but wonder if Lotis ever knew what he was talking about right now, despite the joke and all. Was she even going to remember anything that he said, what with all those heavy meds they were pumping through her system? If he knew the answer to that was no then he probably would just tell her everything, and he meant EVERYTHING, just to get it off his chest. Then she’d forget about it and he could pretend like he never said anything at all. He would actually kind of like if that happened, but he knew he was never that lucky. “Of course you don’t,” he rolled his eyes and grinned. He really didn’t know why she pretended to get so annoyed with him during their regular conversations. She totally liked him- as a friend at least- and he knew that because when people were out of their minds they tended to tell the truth more often. So right now this was how she probably really wanted to act around him when she wasn’t normally broken and drugged up. He didn’t know why she would insist on acting like she was annoyed with him and like he wasn’t a freaking gorgeous man beast. Okay, maybe the last part was a slight bend on the truth, but the point was still there…somewhere. “Yes, yes you can,” he said with a rather wide smile, despite the rolling of her pretty little eyes. Fine, he would just imagine her trying them on. Liam was completely serious despite the fact that she was just being sarcastic and messing with his head. Apparently SOME things decided to stay in that mind of hers, unfortunately sarcasm was one of them. “Well, in the fashion mob there are a lot of gay guys,” he reasoned. That made a lot of sense to him considering, well, she had already said that her work was full of them. Why should her mob be any different? Liam couldn’t help but think to himself that he really hoped she did not become like her mother or any other old squawking ladies. He just wanted Lotis to stay like…well…Lotis. He couldn’t look at her and honestly say that he saw any reason for her to change, except maybe clothes but that was a different story completely that she’d smack him for. Liam’s frown depended impossibly more. Okay, apparently that was a bad thing to tell her. That stupid boy was like a goddamn wounded puppy! The more he talked about his brother the more Lotis felt for the idiot. “But she does like him! She’s just being stupid because her ex is dead or something,” he said and crossed his arms across his chest in displeasure. “They both like each other but they’re too stupid to do anything proper about it,” he said. She shouldn’t feel bad for Ethan, she should be rolling her eyes at how dumb and pathetic he was. Liam was most displeased with the current situation. Liam didn’t know how to respond to that one. “Because he’s just using you to make that girl jealous even though she already likes him,” he said, avoiding the love part of the question and just providing another reason why she shouldn’t go out with him. Liam looked at her with intense anger and confusion on his face. “What the hell does the price of rice have to do with anything?” he asked her. That was probably the medication talking or something-- Oh hell NO, she did NOT just say he was jealous! Well, okay, he was, but SHE wasn’t supposed to know that. “No, I am not jealous,” Liam said evenly through gritted teeth. He was about to break apart the freaking coffee table in a werewolf-like rage, probably, but he was not jealous. He wasn’t going to tell her he was jealous, at least.[/blockquote] << AND I’M TONGUE TIED AND YOU’RE COMING ALIVE, COMING ALIVE >> << EXTRAS >> clothing`` click music`` click word count`` 981 tagged`` lotis <3 layout`` clarky lyrics`` matt nathanson << DON’T STEAL OR YOU WILL BE EATEN BY A PACK OF CARNIVOROUS FROGS, MMKAY? >> [/blockquote]

L O t i s V o n E m o r r e y
I wish I would have never met you. I wish I would have never kissed you. I wish I would have never loved you. I wish I would have never touched you. I wish I'd never known what your face looked like. I wish I'd never known what your lips tasted like. I wish I'd never known what the hurt feels like. I wish I'd never known what alone felt like. 'cause I miss you. Couldn't have missed you. 'cause I miss you. Wouldn't have missed you.
Lo grinned at him. She could see it now, him running all over town buying ugly blankest just to bring them back to her unsatisfactory frown. It would probably be safer if he just carried her around until she found the right blanket. It would also hurt his feet less and make them both happy in the end. "I would love that but I have serious doubts about your version of pretty and mine matching." Ok, that sounded WAY better in her head then it did coming out of her mouth. Verbal diarrhea much?! Good thing her medication numbed both her pain and her ability to put two and two together. She usually detested the "dumb blonde" stereo type but she was playing one very well right now. Lotis gave Liam a dramatic nod. "Yes, yes you are." She made sure not to take too much time to answer that question. It was one of those questions that could easily turn into a bruised ego and we wouldn't want any of that. Besides Liam was really growing on her and if she was being honest with herself his opinion did matter, even more so since he was agreeing with her. "Do you get a lot of old people in the mall here?" She pondered this for a moment. "The malls in Seattle are too big to really interfere with walker races." She had actually taken up jogging in the mall just recently since the weather was getting so bad. Though she went in that weird hour right after the mall opened and before the shops opened so there was pretty much no one within a mile radius but she would make sure to watch out for walkers from now on, just to be safe.
Lo didn't really consider herself stubborn, but she probably was. It was like someone saying they hated drama, they were usually the ones right in the middle of the storm when it rolled into town. She was pretty sure she was a compliant person unless of course the issue was about something she felt strongly about which was almost always. Ok, ok, so she was stubborn. Lo pondered this a moment. "IMy mom always told me I wasn't a stubborn person, I was just passionate about my opinion." She smiled up at him while batting her eyelashes. Eat your heart out Mr. Wyatt! Although she was pretty sure she looked a total fright. Lounging around in her old clothes and her hair all in disarray from Liam's earlier pawing. However what man could resist big blue eyes? Even if they were framed by a train wreck. "Well, it's nothing I haven't seen before and don't see every day." She shrugged nonchalantly. Well she didn't dance around in lingerie every day but she also had to pass by the bathroom mirror to get into the shower soooo. She was pretty sure this was a common thing, people walking by mirrors to get into the shower, not seeing her do this. There were in fact very few people who had seen her in next to and or nothing. However she had a feeling Liam was having a field day in his head right about now, the grin on his face was proof enough. Lo frowned. "Why can't my fashion mob be full of super hot model guys who just stand around waiting for me to dress them?!" Or undress them as he case might be...Lo realized she was just as bad as Liam and she wound up grumbling to herself. Wasn't it enough that she had to work with them all day?! She didn't need her mob full of gay guys too. Though she had no issues with gay men she just preferred to be surrounded by well dressed straight men, there was nothing wrong with that!
Lo looked taken aback by his comment. "What? Her ex is dead or something?!" Maybe it was the fact that she lacked the level of testosterone that Liam had but she couldn't help but want run away and give them both hugs. Poor kids, all confused and lost. Maybe they needed a cupid of some sort to shoot them in and ass and fix things. Lo could certainly be a cupid though she had terrible aim and probably couldn't get away with wearing just a quiver while running around town. "Maybe, but we're both getting out of houses we've been cooped up in for at least a week so it's really a benefit. Besides, maybe it will help him win his little girlfriend." She grinned at him. As odd as it sounded she didn't mind being "that girl" as long as someone got some lovin' out of it in the end. Although she, or he, would never admit it Liam could have been talking about the them instead of his brother and his little crush. She frowned at him he was over reacting to something that wasn't even serious. Which led her to believe that he was jealous although he all but spit the words out between his teeth. She shrugged and turned her attention back to the blank tv screen as she erased the show that had just finished and started another one she probably wouldn't watch. "Well, that's too bad, because you are awfully cute when you're jealous." Lo stated flatly as she pushed some stray curls out of her face watching the tv or the first time in about two and half shows. She would work a smile out of him even if she had to dress up like an injured cupid and run down the street.
